We went to 4 different wineries and had a great lunch. The wineries were hops and vine, rune, Elgin winery/distillery, and dark sky vineyard. He let us choose where we wanted to go based on preference, time and previous experiences. We had lunch at the cafe, which had really great burgers and sandwiches. He even gave us the choice of lunch spots, bbq or sandwiches, both sounded amazing but we chose sandwiches. I never had…read moreheard of it before, but one of my friends said it is a self guided tour that you can take downtown of all the historical landmarks to learn more about the history and the beginnings of Tucson. Starting at 196 Court St., one can follow the Turquoise trail for a 2 1/2 mile loop through downtown Tucson that features some of the original historical landmarks of the city as well as historical monuments. It is clearly marked by a painted turquoise stripe that runs along the sidewalk. It begins at the Presidio Museum, located at the northeast corner of the original Presidio San Agustin del Tucson which dates back to 1775. Also, there are self-guided walking brochures available at the Presidio Museum - 196 N. Court Ave.; Tucson Visitors Center - 115 N. Church Ave; Hotel Congress - 311 Congress St. or the Marriott Hotel - 151 E. Broadway Blvd. Even though I grew up in the city, I would walk it again and again as I feel I could never learn enough about the history and roots of this city.

My hot air balloon ride was canceled, and while I completely understand that weather and safety always come first, I was initially more than willing to reschedule. After several days without any communication, the company finally responded on Saturday exactly a week after canceling the flight and explained they had been out of town, which I completely understand. They asked me for dates that would work to reschedule. However, after the lack of communication leading up to that point, I decided I would rather receive a refund instead. Since requesting my refund, I have not received any further response. I have followed up with text messages, emails, and phone calls, but I still haven't heard back. My disappointment isn't that the flight was canceled--that's understandable. It's the lack of communication throughout the process and the fact that, after requesting a refund, I've been left without any updates. When customers pay several hundred dollars in advance, they deserve clear and timely communication. I truly hope this can be resolved soon because I chose this company based on its outstanding reputation, and I had expected a much better customer experience.
