I mean, there is nothing like knowing you have to get to the airport by a certain time and not feeling confident in your transportation. I booked in advance, so I received a discount - 1 way - just me was $60. Pretty good price given I live in the southeastern most part of Vail south of the 10. Definitely great in comparison to car services I have used in bigger cities. The driver called me to confirm he was on his way. He arrived in a very comfortable vehicle and on time. He was opened the door for me (score extra points) on both arrivals. He was super engaging and really nice, and got me safely to the airport. I really found 520 Express impressive from start to finish. I will definitely use again when I need it!

I'm sure there's a reason for the miscommunication, but it's not like Uno Transportation not to return calls, there's always the possibility, that the individual's messages didn't get through. In the years I've worked with them, they've answered my calls and returned them, therefore, I'm confident that what may have happened was certainly not deliberate. Up until yesterday, Carlos was leading with 21consecutive positive 5 Star Reviews which I encourage all to take into consideration, and knowing, that the 1 star comments pale by comparison. Carlos (owner) is a close friend and colleague, and I want to reassure everyone that he's an excellent choice for professional car service and large group transportation.

I called several companies, including the Groome Shuttle people. I couldn't get the info I needed for the shuttle and tried to book online without success. I then called three different Groome shuttle phone numbers only I kept getting the same recording in a loop, so I couldn't talk to a person to help me find out why I kept getting "no service" when I knew they went to Tucson. Then I found Steve! He was so generous with his time, and as someone else was paying for my ride, I couldn't use him at that time. When I explained my situation, he got through to Groome and I was able to get a ticket, only because of him! That is stellar customer service for someone who wasn't able to be a customer. However, I am now planning to get picked up by Steve with my parents and get door-to-door service to the Phoenix airport. I am looking forward to meeting Steve and getting driven in his Suburban since the three of us will have a fair amount of luggage!

They also agreed to drive our local guests home as well, in case they really enjoyed the party. ;) I heard from the hotel guests that the shuttle was on time and the driver was very nice and helpful. He was available at end of evening to make as many trips as needed to get everyone home safely. Would definitely use them again. Although I am not ready to plan an other event any time soon. ;)

My guests - about 140 of them - were transported easily and on time to from the event. Paul and the Adobe staff have done a great job and I was so relieved to have them get people continuously throughout the night. Rather than selecting your own departure time, Groome assigns you a departure time based on your flight departure, allowing for plenty of extra buffer time. If you're the type of person that does not like to spend any extra time waiting for a ride or in the airport, Groome may not be the best for you as they dropped me a good two hours in advance of my flight departure. That being said, if you like having a chance to visit the airport lounge or grab a bite to eat at the terminal, Groome could be perfect for you. I arrived to the pick up spot about 10 minutes before my scheduled departure time and ended up waiting until about 15 minutes or so after the scheduled time. They do have a primitive trailer with air conditioning to escape the Arizona heat. Take note that they have multiple rides every single day so the van already at the pick up spot may not be your ride. Be sure to check with the driver before getting in. When the van finally arrived, they checked everyone in and made sure to do a final head count before departing. The van itself was fairly spacious and comfortable. About an hour and a half later, we were at the airport! Overall, no complaints. I would do this again.

They are incredibly punctual - our driver on the return trip waited until the exact second they were supposed to depart the terminals. I have had one case where we returned late, but that was because there was a serious accident on I-10 and the driver had no choice but to take a detour around Casa Grande. Most of the drivers have been exceedingly friendly and polite, but I've had one or two that have been a bit "gruff", hence the 4-star rating. If you take a shuttle between PHX and TUS you will likely save time and money over taking a short flight, but that stretch of I-10 can have brutal traffic issues. Delays can happen.

My flight arrived on schedule and I barely had to wait 10minutes for my bag. That's where I ran out of luck. Granted it's not much, I walked the length of the Tucson airport, convinced I was missing something as I couldn't find the Stagecoach airport kiosk that was always there during past visits. I found a phone number on the email confirmation of my reservation and was pleasantly surprised when a real person answered the call immediately and asked where I was waiting in the airport and told me to stay put ( in front of baggage claim) and inquired what I was wearing so as to convey to the driver who would meet me in 5minutes. Well the "5minutes" turned to 1.5 HOURS... during which I made multiple calls to this number inquiring about the whereabouts of the driver who was to meet me. What was most infuriating was the fact that on my last call, the person answering the phone HUNG up on me, the minute I identified myself... never have I received such poor customer support... Finally when I saw a stagecoach vehicle pull up across the street, I walked over to it and inquired to the driver. He asked me to please go back into the airport. By then there was quite a few others also waiting - in another part of the airport. The driver called the company to ask if he can take us to the hotel as we were all attending the same conference at a local hotel. And while clarifying the names of the customers he had with him, he clearly said I was the customer waiting for over an hour as he left early on his previous trip. And even after saying this aloud much to the shock of not just me, but all our fellow passengers, there was not even the slightest hint of an apology!! It was incredibly frustrating to know that this driver and whoever he was talking to knew fully well that they left a passenger waiting at the airport and nobody had the basic courtesy to inform me that the next shuttle will be over 1.5 hours out. If they had at least conveyed an accurate ETA for the next shuttle, I could have grabbed a quick bite and used the restroom at the airport... instead I was left hanging. I only wanted to cancel my reservation and get an uber to my destination and even that was not possible as I could get a hold of them to cancel my booking. After reaching my destination, I had to call them multiple times every day for THREE days straight, before I received my refund.
