I mean, there is nothing like knowing you have to get to the airport by a certain time and not feeling confident in your transportation. Definitely great in comparison to car services I have used in bigger cities. The driver called me to confirm he was on his way. He arrived in a very comfortable vehicle and on time. He was opened the door for me (score extra points) on both arrivals. He was super engaging and really nice, and got me safely to the airport. It was 5 am and it wasn't the driver's fault--given the early hour and the pandemic, I tipped him. This year I tried to use the service again and made a mistake on the online form. They sent an email the following day asking me to "review my information as something was amiss". I could not see the form I had submitted so I called them thinking I could simply read them the correct info. The person who answered was irritated from the start and became ruder and ruder with every bit of credit card info I gave him, interrupting me to say "that's mistake number 2, that's number 3" followed up with admonitions about how they were a very precise business and required accuracy. As much as I did not want to ask a friend to drive me to the airport at 5 a.m I simply could not allow the verbal abuse to continue so I told him we were done and asked him to cancel the reservation. Immediately after that I was treated to a barrage of hostile and rude texts with screen shots of our correspondence in which my mistake tally went up to 5 and my memory was called into question. I asked the man to stop texting me and he did not. He threatened to drag my name through the internet, and made other choice personal comments about my cognitive abilities complete with snarky emojis. He then insisted that I had used the service in 2018, not 2022, and that my memory was bad. In fact, I had booked the service in 2018 but cancelled because my neighbor said she would be happy to give me a ride. Total and complete bummer, super upsetting and somewhat threatening and creepy given that he has my address. So much for supporting local business--Uber or Lyft will work just fine.

They also agreed to drive our local guests home as well, in case they really enjoyed the party. ;) I heard from the hotel guests that the shuttle was on time and the driver was very nice and helpful. I had two…read morerotating shuttles taking guests from a church parking lot to the wedding and reception site a couple miles away down a dirt private road. My guests - about 140 of them - were transported easily and on time to from the event. Paul and the Adobe staff have done a great job and I was so relieved to have them get people continuously throughout the night.
