There is a lot of discussion these days about people not knowing how to make eye contact with customers, about being distracted, well that was definitely not the case here. Great customer service. Please have your paperwork in order and the process should be smooth. I regret not having my passport photo taken at the U of A Passport Office because it would have taken about an hour out of this entire process (also they may have better lighting ). I know parking may be a reason why people may choose to go to a different location to submit their passport paperwork but going here is so worth it!

I'm sure there's a reason for the miscommunication, but it's not like Uno Transportation not to return calls, there's always the possibility, that the individual's messages didn't get through. In the years I've worked with them, they've answered my calls and returned them, therefore, I'm confident that what may have happened was certainly not deliberate. Up until yesterday, Carlos was leading with 21consecutive positive 5 Star Reviews which I encourage all to take into consideration, and knowing, that the 1 star comments pale by comparison. I was picked up at the airport on time, but halfway through the ride, I realized the driver was taking me to the wrong location - not the updated one I had sent them. I got to my new location fine, but still - not very professional. I had also arranged for Low Cost Rides to take me back to the airport when my trip was over. I called the day before to make sure they had my reservation - nope, they didn't. They added it to the calendar, though, and confirmed it with me. The next day, as I'm sitting and waiting for them to come get me, I called to make sure they were coming. Sure enough, he had put my pickup on the calendar for the wrong day. They rushed a (crappy) van to me and managed to get me to the airport on time, but it wasn't worth the anxiety about missing my flight at all. The one thing I can say as far as customer service goes was that they did not charge me for the second ride...but still, not worth it. I would spend the extra few bucks and use a better company, or just rent a car from the airport.
