From the appointment booking process online to even showing up in person. Every step of the process was easy, fast, efficient and friendly (might I add). It's a really small office but if you book an appointment during the daytime on a weekday like I did, you shouldn't have to deal with any crowds or lines. I don't ever plan on being back in Tucson for any other reason than obtaining an emergency passport for myself or any of my family members.

There's a lot of security there so stay on point. No eating drinking or cell phones either! Everyone helpful and nice there . They have the applications there for renewing a passport that's close to expire. Or also the application documents for new passport. You can take pics at the Walmart on Speedway. The nice lady w the red ponytail told m all the scoop. Everyone was nice and polite there. I was able to pick up same day since I had an international travel ticket. Our dog Mickey needed to be driven several thousand miles as part of our move to California. Happy Tails sent us multiple pictures and videos daily, and in them Mickey looked like he was taking it all in stride and having a great time. Hugo, his driver really got Mickey and totally loved on him. Mickey was happy to see us after three days, and he didn't look any worse for the wear.
