I needed to get about 18 ppl to and from a wedding in Tucson back in July, and not one of us were familiar with the area or remotely sober enough to operate a cell phone let alone a vehicle. The team could not have been more accommodating from start to finish. Their prices were competitive with what I deemed acceptable rates and they didn't try to take advantage of the fact that we were out of towners. The driver was punctual and very pleasant. One of our passengers even forgot his umbrella in the limo and the driver came and met us the next day to return it. Totally above and beyond the call of duty. If you're in need of a professional transportation service in the Tucson area, look no further than Allison Limo.

We had a little "hickup" at our original pickup location. We accidentally got on the wrong bus. The issue was resolved at the first winery and Anthony had to leave the rest of our tour group at the BEST pizza place and drive back to the winery where we accidentally ended up. Then he drove the 2 of us back to the pizza place, re-ordered our pizza and the rest of our tour group was also accommodating by not rushing us. We had such fun and the group with us was celebrating a 21 year old birthday..... Thanks Anthony...

He said he would appreciate if we would accommodate the two extra people. We said yes. The driver arrived 20 minutes late, never opened the door for us and the car was not big enough for 6 people. The air conditioner was not working in the back. After they knew we were upset about paying $800 for a PRIVATE wine tour the driver said he would drive us separately. This made it manageable but not ideal.

And then he proceeded to mumble and came up with a plausible excuse, "I already have an appointment at that time". It would have sufficed to just say, "I'm sorry, I'm not available at that time" and given me a referral or something...but his response was rude and unprofessional. I guess at least he answered the phone...but to be honest because of this interaction with this "company" I will never try to seek service in the future.
