Jay kept us updated with his arrival time, was professional, and handled our vehicle with great care. The second call was more intense--our vehicle was stuck off-road in a tough spot. Jay went above and beyond. When he realized his tow truck couldn't reach the vehicle, he hiked back in on foot to assess the situation. The solution? Jay spent nearly three hours digging us out by hand. My father, who is 82, was unable to help physically, and Jay's determination, patience, and problem-solving truly saved the day. Jay is hands-down the best. We will never call anyone else for towing in the Sahuarita/Green Valley area. Tom's Towing has earned our complete trust.

Although we rented only the "simple" towncar, it was a newer model, shiny, and clean on the inside and out. From their website, it appears that they mostly rent the huge stretch Escalades and Excursions, but they did a great job on the simple towncar as well. Lastly, the price was very competitive, if not the lowest, of the limo companies that I contacted in Tucson.

I needed to get about 18 ppl to and from a wedding in Tucson back in July, and not one of us were familiar with the area or remotely sober enough to operate a cell phone let alone a vehicle. The team could not have been more accommodating from start to finish. Their prices were competitive with what I deemed acceptable rates and they didn't try to take advantage of the fact that we were out of towners. The driver was punctual and very pleasant. One of our passengers even forgot his umbrella in the limo and the driver came and met us the next day to return it. Totally above and beyond the call of duty. If you're in need of a professional transportation service in the Tucson area, look no further than Allison Limo.
