Turning right off of foothills on to Hwy 90 the light was green and the Slicks driver is just sitting there. After he finally decides to go we were both in the right lane, he was going slow so I passed him. As I passed him he puts on his blinker to also get in the left lane and since I was beside him he starts flipping me off and making gestures. I get over to the right lane so I can get behind him and get his plate number which I did. I called Slicks and advised them I would like to make a compliant about one of their drivers. Definitely great in comparison to car services I have used in bigger cities. The driver called me to confirm he was on his way. He arrived in a very comfortable vehicle and on time. He was opened the door for me (score extra points) on both arrivals. He was super engaging and really nice, and got me safely to the airport. I was picked up at the airport on time, but halfway through the ride, I realized the driver was taking me to the wrong location - not the updated one I had sent them. I got to my new location fine, but still - not very professional. I had also arranged for Low Cost Rides to take me back to the airport when my trip was over. I called the day before to make sure they had my reservation - nope, they didn't. They added it to the calendar, though, and confirmed it with me. The next day, as I'm sitting and waiting for them to come get me, I called to make sure they were coming. Sure enough, he had put my pickup on the calendar for the wrong day. They rushed a (crappy) van to me and managed to get me to the airport on time, but it wasn't worth the anxiety about missing my flight at all. The one thing I can say as far as customer service goes was that they did not charge me for the second ride...but still, not worth it. I would spend the extra few bucks and use a better company, or just rent a car from the airport.
