I pulled in here in February. I was only supposed to stay on one month. It is now April and I'm still here. This park is amazing. The pricing is absolutely incredible. The customer service is beyond anything I've encountered in my years are traveling. April and Dallas make you feel like you're part of their family. We have stayed at many RV parks over the years. This park is absolutely one of the best. The staff are wonderful and went out of their way to provide a spot for us when we needed a good nights sleep in a secure location. We have stayed there twice. The entire park is well maintained. Stay away from this poorly run RV park. We stopped here on Friday, 5/12 on our way to an event, stopped here to fill out trailer with water. John in the office helped us out and said that a fill comes with a tank dump for $20. We asked if we could return on Sunday after our camping trip. He said no problem, just let them know when we return and even made us a receipt. So We just got here on Sunday afternoon, around 3:15pm. Office was closed. So we decided to return to the pull-thru area where we used the water on Friday. As we are driving into the space, this freaky dude on a golf cart starts speeding after us. He tells us we are driving the wrong way. Ok, easy enough to turn around. We let him know we paid for a tank dump the other day and sorry about that, but there's also no clearly posted signs to say which way you can drive. There's also maybe 1/3 capacity at this place and no one was going anywhere. Anyhow, Per his instructions, We turn around and come back the other way up the road and pull thru one of the spots to dump. This guy is now way at the other end of the park and starts waving his hands wildly at us. Then He comes speeding back on the cart towards us and says "you can't ever come back here to dump again! The manager April said you can't dump here, cause you drove the wrong way" I reminded him that we paid for the service and have a receipt, he said "yeah, but you just can't ever come back. You drove the wrong way thru the park and John didn't tell April you were coming" Oh? So your company's failure to communicate internally means I can't come back to the crappy RV park on the outskirts of Benson, AZ? Darn it. Net-Net: We paid for the service to empty out our tanks, but we are never welcome back because their office was closed and we drove the wrong way through the practically empty rv park. There's a KOA down the road. We will be going there for all our rv needs. read more

Very nice place for a quick stop from I 10 freeway. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. good Wifi and hot water shower.

So our generator was giving out on this hot stretch; me and the pilot sought the nearest rv park with electric hook ups so we could blast the AC and charge our phones for the remaining stretch. We were weary at first the scene was very desert deco. We parked up and I took the pleasure of asking how much it would be to just hook up and catch some electricity for an hour. They greeted me very welcoming and kind! They were more than happy to let us hook up for an hour no cost! And he even let us get the the wifi and bathroom code! Great senses of humor and very convenient It was really right off the i10 with a dennys across the street thats closed due to covid. Love this shaggy tree for photos! read more

My husband and I became stranded in Benson due to a blown out turbo unit in our truck. We were unable to haul our 5th wheel. We chugged into Benson I-10 RV Park conveniently located right off the highway. The managers were very accommodating and allowed us to stay as long we needed, changing from a daily rate to a weekly rate after 2 days. Great WI-FI reception. New laundry facilities. Clean restrooms. Propane available. Yes, the park is all dirt, but the spaces are level and full hook-ups. read more

Drove from Colorado Springs . Took 9 hours. We were exhausted. Found this RV park. They were super friendly and helpful. I told them we were amateurs to RV. They were very willing to help. Brian the Night manager helped us park and he was very patient with my million questions. Thanks so much Brian. RV Park: clean and full hook ups . AMAZINGLY CLEAN bathrooms & showers! Yes owner a little sarcastic, but if you had to deal with public how would you be? Many people don't control their dogs or pick up after them, so I think the owner has a right to ask about your dogs. read more

It's hard to find a decent RV Park when you're traveling and just need to pull over for the night. This place isn't just decent--it's exceptional. One of the cleanest and best equipped parks we've stumbled upon while on our way to Quartzsite. We were so impressed on the way that we stopped on the way back. Easy I-10 on and off. All sites are large and level combed gravel 30/50 amp PULL THRU sites. You're met by a very friendly staff and escorted to your site. Nice lounge area with free coffee. Impressive DVD selection to borrow free or you can relax in a comfy chair in the lounge and watch once on the large screen TV. Also a nice selection of games and puzzles as well as a book lending library. I didn't get a chance to check out the laundry or restroom facilities but I have no doubt they are as well maintained as the rest of the park. And a surprisingly low price for such a clean quiet and restful stay. WIFI too. read more

Rude, Rude, Rude!! Pouring rain, made us move the rig 20 yards ahead so your walking back in the pour rain. What does it take 2 minutes to check in? He'll only take cash. IRS should be watching this guy. Then told me not to walk my dogs (2 little ones) and would not allow me to put up my doggie gate. The guy hates dogs. He told me it's a people park not a dog park. If I had to leave after 6:00 for an emergency I could lower the chain he puts up. I don't know why I stayed there. I will never do it again and would recommend everyone stay away. Read the reviews for this park and figured I would call anyway; and I guess we didn't need to visit to find out AVOID if possible as the reviews ALL state. Only reason I called was we are 70 ft long and didn't want to disconnect. * NO late check ins - if your not there by 6 pm don't bother - Or should I say they don't bother! * CASH ONLY price for discounts like PA etc... Called to see if we could get a site for one night for two people and one dog. Gentleman asked what kind of dog, I said chocolate lab. He says he doesn't like labs. They are too big. I thought he was kidding. He wasn't. So I guess they only allow yappers. That and it says cash only. Would not recommend this park. read more

So to start off with, this park wants $50 per night. And keep in mind it is basically a gravel parking lot with small concrete pads with picnic tables. When we were there beginning of march it was about 25% full with mostly full-time people. We actually were trying to get into another park, but it was full, as was most all other parks in this area or they were 55+. So this says something about this park. First it was pricey for pretty much no amenities, thankfully we had passport America and paid 25. Second cash only. Third, most of the neighbors we ran into mentioned the owner is not the friendliest. But we had no problem when we were there for the night. Last, if you leave the park and come back after 6 pm, you have to get out and unhook this chain so that you can get in. So people who come from the highway after hours can't stay at this park. No wonder this park gets no business.. I'd say if you can find another place stay there, otherwise it's fine for one night. read more

I read previous low reviews and thought I would chance it. The park had many spaces open, with a fair number of snowbirds from Canada and Northern states as long termers. The 'man' at check in balked at allowing me a space citing 'TWO dogs only because I get bitched at about dogs crapping everywhere'. I assured him that I would only walk one or two dogs at a time and I'm zealous about dogs crapping everywhere, too. He grudgingly relented when I told him I only wanted one nite stay. He also threatened that if he saw me walking dogs anywhere other than to/from the designated dog area 'I'll throw you out'. I would have bought propane, too, but 'it was too much bother' for him to wait for me to get the rig around in the right direction (propane on driver side). The next morning, while I was packing up to leave, I got a call from the same man at 1051 telling me check out time is 11:00, 'what's up'....not a friendly inquiry. I told him I was in the process of stowing things for travel and I was leaving. I turned around from checking the last details inside the tow car to find the same man dressing me down that check out is 1100, it was 1113. I again reassured him I was leaving. I was unplugged from the power pole at 1100, and, I couldn't even use a/c because it was broken and I was heading to a service appt in Tuscon for 1pm. He proceded to tell me I was an 'obnoxious son of a bitch', and, 'don't ever come back here'...Wow~! His life must suck. His barrel chest is typical of someone with COPD. It's going to suck WORSE when the chain smoking puts him into end stage COPD. I didn't engage him in a fight, I just left immediately. The other people I met in the park were quite delightful, but the man taking your money (owner?employee?) has no customer skills. Karma has a way of catching up with folks like this....like the next time he's 'demanding' something from a nurse that 'cares' way less than I do. read more
