I feel in love with these HUGE gold hurricane vases and small gold centerpieces. I ended up getting those and heading towards check out. The store is VERY clean, bright and organized. The aisles were wide enough for a few people to be on each without you bumping into each other, and the staff was pretty nice. I was greeted while v'rooming over to the shoes and upon check out the young man was very polite and was sincere in his conversation. (When you meet a good person, you just know.) Another 13 has been my signature since 2018 or 2019. But Bergamote22, Lys41, Ambrette9, the'noir29, santal33, are exceptionally blended fragrances and will always be in my collection. Recently I mailed my empty Another 13 100ml perfume bottle for their refill service. To my disappointment the refill of Another 13 (refilled in HP Los Angeles) was not well done and the quality I have grown accustomed. I reached out to Le Labo Dallas (highland park) with my concern with the less than quality refill. Store Manager Jesse promptly responded and agreed to reformulate by Another 13 100ml bottle at no additional cost. Yes, I will always shop this location. Thanks Jesse and your Le Labo team. VHS- unfortunately one of the worst vhs spots out of all the HPB in dfw. Very small selection. the tapes are all individually priced which I normally don't like, but to be fair they are often priced pretty cheap so not a huge complaint but I do wish they would follow the example of other locations and make them all a set price unless it's something particularly rare. Video Games- good, big supply, pricing at HPB on video games is almost always wack, but I have found a few affordable gems here. Their glass display is always full. Also constantly new items. Occult- The BEST occult section in Dallas out of all HPB, they have a glass display in the 'occult' section that is nearly always full. I have cleared it out a couple times, some of my very best rare occult book finds have been here. (Prices are often too high but... that's just HPB)m The staffing here is great, always super nice, and often very knowledgeable.
