When I checked out, I was pleased with the value I received on the items I purchased. First, this place is near industrial park so it is a journey to navigate to find this hidden gem. Once you find it, you got to find the outlet entrance is way in back. There is a small awning with Mattel store where you will see double doors to open to pallets of toys. There are bathrooms to the side and also baskets and carts. Signs will tell you what the sale is going on and also limited edition toys will have separate signs on discount and limits. Generous discounts but do your homework on Amazon to make sure you are getting better deal since a lot of toys are retired. American girls and Barbie's have limited editions if your girls are fans. We noticed the latest movie toys like he-man has smaller discount but still decent selection. There is random rack with clothing and bags which is different. With a handful of lesser known options like Midici Pizza and First Watch Cafe. All great options! There's also a decent selection of barbershops, salons, and spas.
