If you want to visit England, go no further than Grapevine, Tx., and come to the British Emporium. This establishment has been here for approximately 34 yrs according the employee working there. This place is very inviting cozy and quaint. It has all kinds of goodies from teas, coffee, candies chips and other knick knacks. Come on up and visit this store. Cheerio, see y'all there.

This is a cute British specialty shop connected to Fish & Fizz with all manner of treats from across the pond. Saw everything in here from Paddington bears, to all manner of teas (Earl Gray, etc) and digestifs. Surprisingly well-stocked for a store with a small imprint, good place for harder to find English items.

    A Fabulous Store! (July, 2020)

A fabulous shop this is. So many UK delightful delicacies and gifts to choose from. Every few months, I go in with stocking up my pantry of HP Sauce, Crosse & Blackwell Mint Sauce, Wilken & Sons Lemon Curd, Bird's Custard, and, Walker's Worcestershire Potato Chips in mind. Coming out though I have found myself adding Cadbury Chocolates, locally baked Scones, Crumpets, and, English teas. Yes, a few of the items mentioned can be bought elsewhere, yet much more satisfying it is to support this family business and really fun it is to have those ah-ha moments of new or from precious childhood memories' discoveries while shopping here in person! CHEERS!

This is one of my favorite stores in DFW! I'm originally from England so it warms my heart to come here and see all the wonderful food and gift items from my home. I especially enjoy coming here around the holidays because I stock up on custard, candies, and Christmas pudding to make the holidays extra special. The store is fairly small but beautiful and packed full of amazing imported items. On my last trip I purchased flake bars, shortbreads, custard, and bounty bars. The service is great and they are very helpful to assist you in finding things on your list. I'm looking forward to returning soon to stock up on my English Christmas favorites!

I found out about this place recently and after living in Texas for 2 years I'm starting to miss/crave some home comfort foods from back in England I so was excited to visit and pick up some things I can't get here from grocery stores. There's a huge range of products from bacon in the fridge to chocolate bars, crisps and even things like Yorkshire pud mix. I spent a decent amount buying a few of each item and I'm so exited to have some British bacon to make sarnies! They had some other British things like teapots and cute little items you can gift to people who live British history and culture. I will definitely be making a trip back here to stock up once I have run out of my favourites!

Cute, novel, worth one visit for the sheer amount of Doctor Who merchandise - some of which I have rarely seen for sale even online. But since the majority of the store is comprised of food and drink, I have to lower my review. The prices are just far too high. I realize they are small and import everything and cannot compete with online mass marketers but even so. This is the way of the world. And as much as I would like to support local, I am not paying double what I pay online. So, sadly, it makes another visit here seem pointless.

Previous reviewers have said it perfectly - this is an Anglophile's dream. Packed full of British sweets, biscuits, condiments, jams, chocolates, teas, gifts, and so much more. I came looking for a couple of specific items for family and friends - and I found everything I was looking for! I am truly impressed.

The British Emporium in Grapevine Texas has plenty of products. This is a must stop for jellies/jams ,candies, and all other British goods.

The building has a strong automotive history from being a Ford Dealership, a Service Garage, and an Auto Parts store, and today operates as a vendor mall. They have what looked like to be at least 20 or so vendors operating booths in this store. Each carries different things from, clothes, to books, toys, decor, purses/bags, cards, yard art, cooking utensils, and more. The selection is largely geared towards tourists, but locals will find items here as well. It appeared all items were new, so don't mistake this for like an antique mall or craft/artist mall. They items in here are pretty much more widely available, which takes some uniqueness away from the place. Pricing varied but they had items that matched almost all price points. Overall this place is worth a visit and with the variety of items, most can find something here either for themselves or for a gift. It is an easy visit right on Main street and only has two aisles so it won't take a long time to see everything they are offering.
