Feb 12, 2025, I ordered 3 items to be delivered Feb 13. Only 1 of the 3 items was delivered the morning of Feb 13. I called store 1092 and was told the additional items would be delivered before 4pm same day. This did not happen. Waited until 4pm on the 14, still not delivered. Called store but had to leave a message. No call back. Left a message on Edible's website but that is just forwarded to store 1092. Waited a few days for a call or refund. Nothing. Left another message on Edible's website again forwarded to store 1092. Also Left a message (since phone call went to voicemail) with store 1092. As of Feb 20, no phone call and no refund. Have not been able to talk to anyone other than store 1092 and so far that has gotten me no where. UPDATE: Received call back Feb 21. Given an option for refund or to have missing items delivered. I chose a refund. Now just waiting. read more

I placed this order at 9:10 am CT on 10/16/24, expecting for it to be delivered to the T-Mobile for Business Irving Customer Experience Center less than 15 minutes away before 5 pm. It is 8:46 pm and my order still has not been delivered. This was a Boss's Day order for the TFB Senior Manager! I placed the exact same order within minutes of each other for Senior Managers in Atlanta, GA, Chattanooga, TN, and several hours later for a Senior Director in Las Vegas, NV. All three of those orders were delivered before 5 pm CT. This is the second order I have placed this month from this location that I have experienced delivery issues. The order on 10/10/24 ended up being delivered to the recipient's house because they called him after 6 pm. I will NEVER order from this location again. If a T-Mobile for Business Regional Admin is receiving such poor customer service, I can't imagine the service that people are receiving on personal orders. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! read more

I enjoy ordering regularly from Edible Arrangements. Varying from gifts for family or staff I work with. If I only have to order online and be done with it, they're great. The fruit is typically fantastic, especially when the fruit ordered is in season. However, this specific location is anything but ideal. Received a call from them to confirm the order. No problem with that confirming the order, however when I attempted to return the call I had to wait over 9 minutes to get someone on the line. In total over 15 minutes as I had to hang up after 6 minutes the first time I called. Had to call again on the day of delivery due to nuance in my order. However, again I had to wait over 14 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Not entirely sure if it's a systemic issue or not but they need to reduce these wait times. Especially considering that you can elect which store you'd like your orders routed. I'll be selecting a different location moving forward. read more

Made an order for Boss's Day and requested it to be delivered in the AM, called and placed on hold for an exteneded time, then when I did speak to someone, they told me it will be delivered by 5pm. Most offices are closed by 5 and there would be no one left in the office to enjoy the gift including my Boss! This is unacceptable and will never order from Edible Arrangements again. I called on a chance they could make something quickly, Essie did not disappoint and on a Saturday at that! She gave me exactly what I asked for and more. I wanted something for myself with chocolate dipped pineapple and bananas because they are the best, in my opinion, and she made a beautiful arrangement. I came into the shop yesterday to get something for my sister in law for her birthday. They have some ready to buy bouquets, chocolate covered fruits and other little items in the freezer inside the shop and a whole section in the back for future orders. The girl working in the front of the shop was incredibly helpful and she was the absolute epitome of superior customer service. I was in and out within 10 mins at the most and I was extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase. My sister in law shared her treats and I'm delighted that they used incredibly fresh strawberries. I will definitely be back again. read more

This store is terrible. My order was not delivered on the right date. I attempted to contact the store several times to inquire about the order, and they couldn't give me a time and eventually, they stopped responding by phone or email inquiry. The delivery never made it and my recipient had to sit around a few hours after work waiting for a delivery that never arrived for them. The next day, they also didn't respond to delivery inquiries. Edible Arrangements has many locations, so don't use the Irving, Texas one. read more

I received my first Edible Arrangement yesterday and I could not be more satisfied! I live in an apartment complex and was not home so the main office held it for me in their fridge. When I saw my beautiful gift, I was so excited! Everything about it was perfect. The fruit is fresh; the arrangement is gorgeously displayed; it's delicious, and I love the base it comes with! Once I finish eating all the treats, I will be using the base as a flower vase :) I had such a positive experience getting my edible arrangement that I will now be making this my go-to gift! First time I purchased arrangement days in advance, the recipient received it minutes before leaving work at 4 pm. The second time I had purchased an arrangement for Mother's Day for my Mom, her arrangement was delivered around 3 pm... missing the Mylar balloons along with the decorated "Mom" dipped pineapple stick. Extremely disappointing when recipient sends you a picture of the arrangement thanking you and you notice its missing more than one item! When I called the store all they could do at the time was offer me a refund for the missing items.And that's about it, No apology no credit for any future purchases....nothing! I more than likely will not be returning back to purchase another arrangement, at least not from this location! For the price you pay you would hope for good customer service... This was the WORST experience I have ever had from a flower and gift company. This is from the Edible Arrangements off of 407 N. Lamar Street in Dallas. They delivered the Chocolate Covered Strawberries on a day I was out of the office so instead of taking them back and informing the person paying for the gift I was not there. They just drop them off in my office over night! Yes, chocolate covered strawberries sitting in a hot office over night!!! They were so gross & disgusting by the time I got in there in the morning. I called Edith and explained the situation but she stated that anyone can sign for the gift and then they are no longer responsible. I explained that the person that signed for them doesn't even WORK with me. It was a random community service worker. Edith was extremely rude & mean. I can't even understand why she would work at a job where it is their business to make people happy if she is so unhappy and mean. It was absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Bottom line. DO NOT do business with this company if you value customer service. Period. Point Blank. read more
