I drove over, waited in line behind 4 people, got to the counter and that guy said he'd sell me the battery but couldn't install it. I told him I had just called, the guy I spoke to said they could install. Guy behind counter said it wasn't me you spoke to and I'm too busy to install it. Customer service here is non existent. Based on some body modifications that he noticed, returning to stock wasn't going to be an option. He spent 1.5 hours with me trying to figure out the right solution to replace the existing lift kit and get the Tacoma back to handling and riding well, and lowering as much as possible. We decided on a 4" rough country kit and Fox struts all around. An appointment and 3 days later, everything was in, with good communication all the way through and notifying me if any misc parts need ordering. Everything came out great and I'm very satisfied. Mike is a great guy, very professional and made me feel I was attended to and my patronage and truck is important. He's extremely knowledgeable about building the right setup for the right use case, whether off road it on road.

Stressed with upcoming appointments and work, we needed the truck to be seen quickly. Thankfully it was still under warranty and we were able to get it towed to Larry H. Miller Dodge to get looked at. After the drop off I immediately received a call from Adolfo who listened to any potential details I had to share which could have impacted the sudden issue with the truck. The truck was inspected and tested within a few hours. I also had an issue with how the tow truck driver loaded the truck onto his and they inspected that for damage as well. I received a summary of my visit via text with details about each issue they found. There was a bit of upselling in the app (cabin filter, brake fluid change, rear diff change) but was not pressured when I asked questions about them. Overall, they were quick and thorough getting me the truck back within the day. Adolfo was amazing! Providing a lot of detail about the visit, showing me past vehicle maintenance information, and walking me through how it might have happened. We had a few different part numbers we asked about, but after looking up one part number he stopped and told us that he didn't have it and that we should go to go to Napa Auto Parts. I was furious and had to go outside to wait for my husband to finish trying to get him to look up the other numbers (which he did not do). Besides the parts we needed, we were also interested in purchasing a backhoe, but after dealing with the attitude of the parts guy I guarantee that we will NEVER step foot in that place again!
