Pull-A-Part sold me a vehicle for $2,700 that broke down just two weeks after purchase. The car had major mechanical issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale, leaving me and my mother without transportation and out of a significant amount of money. When I reached out to the company for assistance, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a resolution.I believe Pull-A-Part took advantage of us by selling a faulty vehicle under false pretenses. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to stand behind their sales show a serious disregard for customers. I would strongly caution others to avoid purchasing vehicles from this business. read more

Management and the buyers were great but when it came to picking up the car the dispatchers and driver were the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. Alex was in particular rude and disrespectful. read more

this place used to be great not anymore new managment and prices went too high and personel not good at all especially the women look like the work for free .i used to go to this place for so manny years not anymore too expensive and they treat you like a piece of junk. read more

27th and buckeye, phoenix, everyone is a manager, was quoted a price same company, just down the street, for a bench seat, just didn't have, and was told to go down the street, price was $55.00 so I asked would it be the same price in the next pull a part, was told yes, so I go the the next before I spent the time to go get tools and walk to the end of their yard, was told $46.00 dollars, asked are you sure, I told the girl again I am looking for a bench seat, she replied yes $46.00 ok. when I brought it up the price changed to $85.00 the girl who gave me the price changed her story then another girl comes and claims she is the manager, calls her own cell phone pretends to speak to the pull a part down the street, you can hear her cell phone ringing, and has a conversation with a ringing cell phone. these people working pull a part need to send a company man and check how there workers are conducting business with customers. read more

I sent my pictures in for a quote and said they would pay me $740 so I accepted the offer and arranged a pickup on a Monday and waited ALL DAY 8-5pm no call so I called back on Tuesday and they said there dispatcher would call me back in a few minutes which took 2 hours and he wanted to pickup the car in 30 minutes I said I would not be able to do that so we arranged a early pickup for Wednesday AM and they did call me at 8:05am and said they would be able to pick up my car in 30-40 minutes so I drove to the repair shop where my car was and waited it took them 50-60 minutes to arrive and the driver asked for my ID and title then opened the hood of the car and looked for the catalytic converter under the car at that time I told him the repair shop cut it off and it was sitting in the engine bay so he look at it inside and out and sent his pictures of the car to his office. Then he received a phone call in Spanish and proceeded to tell me he would only pay me $605 and I told him no I was quoted $740. He continued speaking Spanish to his dispatcher-Alex and then he handed me his phone and Alex said they could offer me $650 because of the catalytic converter and I told him I was quoted $740 and he said they buy parts all day long and it was only worth $650 take or leave it. I knew all along this was the game they were going to play nothing but crooks very shady company but a typical ploy. Beware of them if you are selling a car!!! read more

Never go here is ridiculous expensive something use they want to sell it to you Brand New I buy a window motor for 23$ in on AutoZone it was 25$ that's so ridiculous of them, and taking all their time taking the parts out yourself. read more

This place is total trash not sure who owns/runs it but beware. This place is a total rip off. If you need parts and it's between this place and an auto parts store, just go to the auto parts store. I came here looking for a simple small oil cooler. Expecting to pay less than $10. These fools wanted me to pay $30 and the charged me for the 10" of user rubber hose. You're charging me $30+ for used parts and I have to pull them myself? The idea behind a junk yard is you're being charged less because you do all the labor to get the parts. Oh and they do refunds but only for store credit. Garbage. read more

Came In on Sunday because needed a car battery ASAP. I was told by a young, tall, medium weight gentlemen that they put them out on Monday's. Come back Monday, young short young women said the same thing, we put them out Tuesday. So I come in on Tuesday and guess what? They said they put them out on Wednesday by the same young girl. This whole time there's a whole pallet of car batteries outside just chillin that I can see through the glass. Disappointed on this place. Wasted my time and still no battery mid-week. read more

I had to get a radiator for my Hyundai Accent. I needed that day but by the time it was all said and done I probably should have just waited for him. Amazon has the same radiator for $56 with the tax. Since have Prime I wouldn't tab to pay shipping. By the time it was done and I had told the radiator I ended up paying $71 I don't understand considering this is use how it should be the same price as anyone. I also had checked with O'Reilly's and AutoZone it would have been about $100. Generate a here is pretty decent but this time I can't say that read more

the staff was very friendly and helpful. places like junkyards overwhelm me but these guys were very very friendly to me. even when they didn't have the part I was looking for, the manager called another store just across the street to see if they had it and they did. he even got them to lower the price. the best part for me was the chocolate bars in the trophy in the managers office read more

I love coming here. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they have a great selection of cars. I like that they carry older models, there are only two junkyards in town where I can get parts for my 91 Civic. I would give it five stars, but occasionally I find some parts to be priced a little high. However 90% of the time the prices are reasonable. And of course, it's better for the environment to buy used tools instead of new stuff made overseas. read more

I am very disappointed with Pull-a-Part. At first, everything was going fine and I was able to get in touch with people while I was setting up my appointment. I left a message and it was returned quickly to get a pickup set up. I got a confirmation on a pick up date for my wrecked car, but they were unwilling to give me more than a date. I was expected to be half an hour away from my car from 8 AM to 5:30 PM on the day of my pick up. I was willing to do this because they quoted me the best price for my totaled car. I called at about 1 to confirm I was actually on the list because I was starting to get worried that nobody was going to call, and it took about 20 minutes on hold to talk to an actual person. The operator I talked with was really nice (the only reason I'm not saying this is a zero star review) and said he tried to get a hold of the driver but was unable to. He left a message with the driver to call me, and confirmed that I was on the list to pick up that day. I waited ALL DAY and was never contacted by the driver or anyone else from the company. It was a huge inconvenience to spend one of my only days off waiting for a call that never came. I ended never hearing from Pull-a-Part and it has been almost a week since my day to be on call. I'm very disappointed that I had to wait around for no reason and was never contacted by anyone to let me know what was going on. I ended up donating my car to charity because I had to get it taken care of before pull-a-part or any other salvage yards opened on Monday (this happened Saturday and they're closed Sunday). If you need to get rid of a wrecked car, I highly recommend finding somewhere else to sell your car. You can't count on Pull-A-Part to actually follow through with their promises. read more
