Today after watching a how to youtube video in the 100 degree weather and getting stuck I had to call a family member to help me swap out a battery because the workers would not help or show me how to do anything even after I asked and then did not give me the right tools when they told me to do it on my own. After when I was explaining to a manager how my experience was so much worse than any other time I'd been there it seemed like he was annoyed to have to listen to me and happy I was leaving his parking lot. I work in customer service too, I'm aware of a difficult customer. I was not being that, I was just asking for auto help from auto zone. Usually these things don't bother me enough to leave a review but truly it was just embarrassing to have to call someone else to do the job that auto zone has done for me almost half a dozen times in the past and THEN when the person who was "helping" me heard I was complaining he gave me a rude look and a sarcastic thumbs up.
