Great Warranty Service & Customer Service! The flaps on our dog door were detaching, so I called to see if there was a warranty. After sending a couple of photos, they called me back to let me know it was a manufacturing issue and they would order the replacement flaps and call to schedule install when received. Kristen came and replaced the flaps with new ones with better adhesive. We are very happy dealing with Tucson Doggie Doors and highly recommend them read more

Just moved back to Tucson and found Tucson Doggie Doors on Yelp! and we were, of course, completely impressed with the stellar reviews, so we called to set things up... In absolutely all aspects, working with Tucson Doggie Doors was a wonderful experience: scheduling the estimate / customer service; Kristen's explanation of the construction process, the product, and pricing; and the final installation were all simple, on time, informative, and with superior customer service through each step. Kristen is simply ultra professional, extremely friendly, obviously very skilled, and she's a total dog-person (Murphylou the coonhound loved her and wanted to hang out with her, as the photo demonstrates). The door install was relatively quick and done extremely well (and included moving an electrical outlet), and she also did a serious clean up afterwards... after she left, there wasn't a single sign that someone just cut a big hole in the wall! When small, local businesses offer such superior service, everyone should know about it... and we hope that others will turn to Tucson Doggie Doors first before considering other companies... they won't be disappointed and TDD deserves the business!!! read more

I had a medium size doggie door installed yesterday and it's working really well. The installer, Colby, was very professional, did a very good job, and cleaned up when he was done. Getting the initial estimate was very easy too. The owner, Kristin, came to my house and offered great customer service. The work may be considered expensive for some, but I think it was worth it for the professional install and the warranty. Plus, you support a local, small business. read more

Stephanie and Kristen are great! Great communication, not pushy, and genuinely care about both the work they do and for my dog, Ollie! I wanted to install my doggie door in a specific area in my closet which is hard to see from the outside and that was not a problem. The work was quick (but very meticulously done) and top notch! Kristen even cleaned up the dust that was made both inside and outside, and even spent time helping Ollie (and myself) with the doggie door. I cannot recommend Tucson Doggie Doors enough, they are great people, great product, and phenomenal service. Thank you VERY much! :) -Matt C read more

We are very happy with the work done by Kristen and her team! After years of use the doggy flaps wear out and we are glad we found a reliable and capable company to fix the doggy door. We called a few companies and didn't hear any response. Kristen responded the same day and was able to schedule us in a week. They were very nice and detailed in their work! Moving into our new home, our first concern was the comfort and safety of our 4 legged family members. They are rather diverse in size and personality, Hauser, a 94# Lab couch potato, Rhys, an 85# whirling dervish GSD and Patty, our 14# Pug/Chihuahua mix we call our russet potato with legs with big dog confidence. When Kristen arrived at our new home, she showed personality, professionalism and knowledge of construction. She gave us detailed information on the manufacturing of the door, safety features of the door and most importantly, what size door would best fit our crew. We decided on an installation date, received email confirmation as well as a follow-up email several days prior to installation to confirm date and time. On the installation day, Kristen arrived right on time. Installation was quick, looks amazing and she and her helper left our home absolutely clean. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of the product and the process. Kudos Kristen, great job. read more

Kristen was awesome from start to finish! She installed our doggie door in a block wall and after she was done there was no dust or remnants of the install. I wish there were more workers that took such pride in their job. The door was exactly as I requested and no delays for install. In all about a 2 week turn around from when I called, had Kristen out for an estimate and install completely done! read more

Kristen just finished, and couldn't have been happier, what a perfect job she did replacing flaps...and then cleaned the entire glass door, so it all looks better than when before she showed up! Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Kristin was a great communicator from my very first contact, and all through the scheduling process, which was delayed at MY end twice, but she went with the flow. Gave me excellent advice on type of door and why it was not a great idea to go with my original plan for an electronic door (and I'm a retired zoo gal who had to plan all manner of zoo animal shift doors!) She really knows her stuff, go with what she says. She really had to modify my new door from Lowes that came in the wrong size, before she could install her doggie door, and her attention to detail and construction knowledge is top notch. She's also a super nice person, and so is her assistant. If only my other projects went this smoothly! I wish she ran an entire construction business! :) read more

Kristen installed the doggy door today for our malamute. My dog fell in love with her right away. I cannot recommend Kristin highly enough! I would give this company 10 stars if I could. She was extremely professional, kind, and incredibly skilled at what she does. The area where she put the doggy door in was neater than it was before she came! If you need a doggy door this is your place. My dog is already going back-and-forth through the door like a pro. Kristen even made sure she knew how before she left! read more

We just bought a second home in Tubac and we are only there a couple days a month until we retire. Workmen HATE that because it means we usually have to schedule appts for minor home improvements about a month in advance and hope and pray the workmen show up. I called Abe at Tucson Dog Door who got back to me IMMEDIATELY and patiently walked me through the process & asking a couple questions which prevented him from having to make a trip to come out and estimate the job. He also told me Johnny would be calling me to set up an immediate appointment. I was shocked at the efficiency of this company! Johnny said he could come out on a SATURDAY or SUNDAY since we were leaving soon. What?????? AMAZING!!!! The job he did was flawless and the doggy door looks like it has been here since the house was originally built. Abe, thank you for sending us Johnny, we will sing your praises to everyone we meet about your wonderful crew and first rate company. Thank you so very much!!! read more
