In absolutely all aspects, working with Tucson Doggie Doors was a wonderful experience: scheduling the estimate / customer service; Kristen's explanation of the construction process, the product, and pricing; and the final installation were all simple, on time, informative, and with superior customer service through each step. Kristen is simply ultra professional, extremely friendly, obviously very skilled, and she's a total dog-person (Murphylou the coonhound loved her and wanted to hang out with her, as the photo demonstrates). The door install was relatively quick and done extremely well (and included moving an electrical outlet), and she also did a serious clean up afterwards... after she left, there wasn't a single sign that someone just cut a big hole in the wall! When small, local businesses offer such superior service, everyone should know about it... and we hope that others will turn to Tucson Doggie Doors first before considering other companies... they won't be disappointed and TDD deserves the business!!!
