I thought this is something I'll never use, then low and behold, an incident happened in my life that left me devastated and unable to take care of such a simple task as cleaning up after my dogs. Well, a few months went by, and although I had good intentions, it seemed like I just couldn't bring myself to go out in the yard to clean up. I googled a few places, and Loren was quick to respond, explained her services and prices, and then set up an appointment. I was NOT disappointed at the great job that she did. I can totally recommend her services and although there were some negative reviews, she and her service are not to be denied if you have a pet waste problem. I was on autopay with his service, and months after canceling he reached out saying he made an error and I owed him $150. I checked my records and found there was a discrepancy I was unaware of as I was on autopay when using his service and agreed to pay the amount I verified when cross checking. He then sent several harassing emails, calling me a "thief" and trying to steal from him for an error on his side. Wow! I've never talked about other people's reviews in my review before, but I have NO idea what the 2 bad reviewers are talking about or if they even got the right company. When I contacted Loren's Pooper-Scooper Service, Loren answered the phone and he was a joy to talk to - we even joked a bit about my ridiculous street name. He told me approximately what it was cost and said it may be a bit more if there has been a lot of accumulation. He was able to come out in 2 days, on a Saturday and arrived on time and did a wonderful job! The cost was exactly what he said it might be, but I added a little extra as a tip for being professional, friendly, on time, and providing top notch service at a great price. We needed about 3 years worth of large dog poops cleaned up on very short notice. While cleaning, he discovered that pack rats had been living comfortably for years in our back yard. I had Loren's Pooper-Scooper Service for quite a while and never was disappointed in their service. They always arrived on the right scheduled date and time, they always were careful in ensuring the gates were kept closed and locked, and the dogs loved going out and helping. They were in and out in no time and the yard always was clean and neat when they left. The rates were reasonable and they worked within my schedule without and problems. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was really rude. Called to start service with him - money wouldn't have been an issue at all - but before I could finish my sentence and ask a few questions, he was already interrupting me and being very rude. Unbelievable. Too bad no stars isn't an option. We had this company come out to clean our back yard, the initial service was fine but when I came to set up a schedule with the guy, he asked that we be home when they come so that our dog can be brought in because and I said we can do that but that would mean we would need to do weekday appointments after 4pm He immediately said, we don't work that late, we start at 6am and want to be done by 1pm because it's 100 degrees outside. I said okay, I can understand that, so let's do Saturdays, to which he again, immediately said, oh no, we don't work weekends (which is strange because today is a Saturday and he just finished cleaning the yard). He also said, I don't think we are going to be able to work with you because you are putting too many stipulations on the schedule. I told him that we can't be home before 4pm on weekdays because of our work and school schedule so how about 6am on a weekday? He again said oh no, we can't come out that early. At which point I gave up. What the hell kind of hours do they have anyway? Talk about stipulations!! What a joke of a business. Never call them, they don't want your business. read more

I have 2 large dogs and I HATE to pick up poop. I found Loren's card at the Vet's office and began my research. It started by asking the staff if they knew of his work and one person had and the other hadn't. The person who had had heard great things. I then checked his website and got all of the information I needed. I sent a note via the website and Loren called me the next day. I so enjoy that he does what I don't have the stomach to do. I am impressed with his system and organization of providing this valuable service and his prices are perfect. More importantly, my dogs LOVE him. I highly recommend him and his service to anyone. The reality is that I have met him once and the rest of the interactions have been via mail or phone...but rarely. This limited contact is fine as I am not hiring him to be my friend, but to do his job and that is WHAT HE DOES. Thank you Loren!! read more

I have had Loren clean my pups poo for years. The yard is spotless. Even when they eat something bad and make a mess everywhere. I'm not quite sure how he does it but it looks like there are no dogs living here when he is done and I have three dogs over 50 pounds. He carries off the poo with him too so you don't have stinky trash. He also lets you know when your pup may not be feeling well by the looks of their poo.
