What made things worse was the lack of transparency. The pricing wasn't clearly explained upfront, and by the time I got my vehicle back, the total was far higher than expected. It honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of. Situations like this are already stressful, and instead of helping, this company made it even more frustrating. There needs to be more honesty and fairness when it comes to pricing and customer communication. I would strongly recommend looking into other towing options before using this company nothing but thieves
