Jorge Cisneros is a sincere and competent man. Before taking on a job, he took the time to listen…read moreto my situation and to decide whether he help or not. In my experience, his attentiveness and honesty were well displayed by the fact that he took on a job and did it on time for an extremely fair price. Cleaning out an exhaust gas recirculation system is something a lot of garages simply don't want to do, and will become dishonest when facing a request to do so. I have experienced this with some businesses for whom I have left appropriate reviews detailing as much. One business even immediately tried to convince me that an engine replacement was obviously necessary. 2 days ago, a 304 code was showing that my fourth cylinder was misfiring for some reason. Mr cisneros took the time to comply with my request to examine my EGR system and confirmed that the first three intake manifold ports were blocked significantly, routing an overflow of air to the fourth cylinder and causing that misfire. A combination of free code readings and YouTube videos and a replacement of spark plugs not solving the issue made this EGR clean out a very likely solution to my problem. Indeed, I have gone from about 35 miles per gallon and a knocking engine at low accelerating RPMs yesterday to over 50 miles per gallon and an engine that purrs ever so gently if audible at all today. I was pretty sure of the problem and the solution, but Mr cisneros is the person who made it possible. I can't recommend his services enough, and I hope that other people have a chance to enjoy the same experience that I did! My dented Prius has 200,000 miles on the odometer, but thanks to Mr Cisneros, it's still a young car.

I was temporarily able to fill it with water and make it to the bottom of the grade and called when I got service. Joel is the owner and he was very attentive and helpful. He was right off of the freeway exit and it was easy to get the semi in and the surrounding streets had plenty of room to drive. He found the problem right away. He was very honest and friendly and in total it cost 150.00 for labor and he was kind enough to take me to the hotel down the street where there is plenty of food. There is a freightliner down the street from him so they can get the parts same day unless they don't have them. The next closest freightliner is in Fontana or Miramar, California which are both 3 hours away. I would do business with him again!!

BEWARE! Came in for a calibration of a device. The agent who we got in contact with told us that…read moreshe was told the price would be $20 dollars. We proceeded to hang up the phone and then call the place directly to confirm their hours of operation, since the call was placed at 8am and the hours of operation mentioned 10am online. We had thought that maybe the agent called the wrong location. We called JCPower at 8am, and they confirmed they were open. We asked them again (directly this time) what the price of the calibration of the device would be, and the gentleman said it was $65. We drove one hour to this place since the shop from our town was closed for the Father's Day weekend. Once we arrived to JCPower, the gentleman came to the car, grabbed the device, calibrated it, and then placed it back in the car and proceeded to charge us. He said, " Ok, it'll be $75." Then we said, " wait, the worker from your shop said it was $65, and then Someone else also from your shop, told the agent that we used this morning that it was only $20." Then the worker said, " well, I don't know who told you that, but we've always done it for $75." We proceed to pay as we had to get this done. Then the worker asked, " how are you paying for this"? We then responded, " by card." He then said, " well next time, it has to be cash." We paid, and went on our way. BEWARE!.
