The first property happened without a hitch but the second screening happened with a few snags. There was a snag in a back porch screen which was taken care of immediately. However, a week after the driveway overhead & side screens were put in, I noticed a stretched out mark on the side screen that was about 2 feet long on a diagonal which I only noticed it when I was outside of my driveway. I first contacted SSS at the end of September and they responded two weeks later to see if the issue had been solved. That would have been great, but four months later, Bear showed up and assessed the issue as well as an issue that occurred since that visit in September. Bear told me everything would be taken care of and extended the warranty on that stretched mark. One month later, all repairs were corrected and I'm very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Specialty Sewing Senter because not only do they sell a quality product, they back it!
