I came back to clean and fluffy carpets everywhere, opened the windows for them to dry in the local heat, and by the time they did, my carpets were so clean that you could sleep on the ground. People who complained about her style of communication or professionalism are insane. Cynthia may not be a slick talking sales type, but she was extremely realistic and down to earth about her services and how she operates and how obsessive she can get about actual cleanliness. She honestly charges you how much it takes to get the carpets and rugs clean. Especially since, if you're already a generally clean person, she gives you a great deal and doesn't complain about minimums or try to upsell you on scotchgard or odor treatments. She even accommodated me when I asked if she could tack on another room for a fair price. Also, don't forget that as an owner, she can run her business how she pleases! If you just listen before speaking and do so respectfully, you'd probably like her as much as I did. I would call her the best choice for carpet cleaning in the area; and even then it's obvious she seems to be underpaying herself considering she showed up to my place as a one person team.
