This company is a nightmare! Employee showed up late (even after I asked the lady to please be…read moremindful I had to pick my kids up from school), he began to spray my carpet and realized apart of the machine was broken. He then asked to borrow my tools ,couldn't fix it and then went to Home Depot, came back to clean the carpet and destroyed my base boards, couch legs and wooden table, not to mention stained my drive way... I call the company to let them know and the lady says I'm sorry I will have to get back to you. 24 hours later she calls me and says your husband was present why did he let him destroy your furniture. I just hung up on her a company that tries to blame you for employees actions will result to nothing! Will never hire this company again! Her response was beyond unprofessional and unbelievable...for starters it's not my job to teach someone how to do their job , let alone baby sit, provide tools and clean up after them.

She is a wonderful lady who does a great job. We definitely will have Cynthia out again! First: We saw Cynthia's van at a friends so stopped by to get an appointment. Cynthia was very nice and we were able to set a date for the next week. We put in new carpet in our motorhome just 5 months ago but it never felt clean-they probably weren't as clean as they could be. Plus, we just had a large fire so we think some of the soot made it in around the windows and doors. It just felt good to start from clean again. Cynthia arrived right on time and assembled her equipment. We had her do an area rug, the carpet in two rooms (living area and tiny amount of carpet in the bedroom), two upholstered chairs and two smaller rugs. The entire job was only $39 but we have her $50 because she did such a great job. I definitely would recommend Cynthia's for any carpet or upholstery cleaning.

He told me to give him a call so he could go over packages or deals, etc. I called him, he asked for pictures of my boat in the area I want cleaned which I sent to him. We spoke on the phone and arranged a time and date for him to come and do give me a more clear estimate and possibly do the work. When that time/date rolled around a few days later, I got a no call/ no show. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, and I thought maybe they just got too busy and that he'd follow up the next day. Nope. Never heard from him again.
