Brothers Roofing was by far the best for quality and professionalism. We went with their quote and they were able to get it done within 4 weeks of our reaching out top them. The roof had some serious problems when they removed the old cedar shake shingles. There were some rot spots and even a whole that had been covered up by the previous owner. Rather than up-charging me for the extreme conditions of the roof, he was very fair. He only charged me for the actual costs of the materials and some of the labor. looking at the roof now and the excellent job that was done- we are very pleased with the whole project. I was provided great advice for improving the venting by installing Ohagin brand flat vents (dont see) & a Solar Panel attic fan for better cooling. And they are a Owens Corning preferred Contractor which is a Big deal!! Must be good. The roof did require some extra wood panels replacing so the final cost was a little over the original cost. I did inspect and approve of the wood panel repair work on roof and over-all work in general. And the workers were professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend hiring this vendor for roof repair/replacement you get great quality service at a good price.
