Because I have contractual obligations to my client and could not obtain a clear timeline for the project, I decided to cancel the work and hire another contractor. After I canceled, I was informed that I would be charged an additional $380 for a second visit and a cancellation fee. These charges were never disclosed to me beforehand, and I was not provided with any written agreement explaining cancellation fees or additional service charges beyond the original visit fee. My experience was frustrating because of the lack of communication, the absence of a clear project schedule, and the unexpected charges that appeared only after I decided to cancel. His prices quotes are also very high but he says it comes with a warranty. It took two months to finish a project he said he would have done in two weeks. And he still didn't even meet his deadline. I had to keep on him to fix the work he did and he doesn't show up when called for new work or to repair his work he said comes with a one year warranty. A warranty isn't any good if you won't show up to fix it. I don't recommend
