I was provided great advice for improving the venting by installing Ohagin brand flat vents (dont see) & a Solar Panel attic fan for better cooling. And they are a Owens Corning preferred Contractor which is a Big deal!! Must be good. The roof did require some extra wood panels replacing so the final cost was a little over the original cost. I did inspect and approve of the wood panel repair work on roof and over-all work in general. And the workers were professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend hiring this vendor for roof repair/replacement you get great quality service at a good price.

They will no show on the initial site meet up. You have to baby sit them through the whole project and good luck meeting with them for the next phase of the project; they will avoid you at all cost. I asked to have the electrical pulled to the end of my kitchen island so I would have it on both sides, instead they CUT the wire costing me HUNDREDS to correct their mistake.They were supposed to repaint my entire bottom floor, which is a great room, but since I went with the same color they painted one wall, but charged me for the full project. Painting?! They ruined my brand new chandelier with paint even though they charged me to take it down, they also charged me to remove EACH vertical blind even though, you guessed it, there was paint on those too! Got my final bill and was charge 3k for "miscellaneous expenses" when I questioned them they couldn't tell me what they charge was for and immediately revised the bill. Good luck getting a final walk through, I never got one, even after repeatedly asking for one, but they are quick to threaten to send you to collections. AVOID this company at all costs!!

The roof had some serious problems when they removed the old cedar shake shingles. There were some rot spots and even a whole that had been covered up by the previous owner.
