Before deciding on the type of roofing material and etc. I was provided a really nice sample brochure of the types of product with detailed information. I was provided great advice for improving the venting by installing Ohagin brand flat vents (dont see) & a Solar Panel attic fan for better cooling. And they are a Owens Corning preferred Contractor which is a Big deal!! Must be good. The roof did require some extra wood panels replacing so the final cost was a little over the original cost. I did inspect and approve of the wood panel repair work on roof and over-all work in general. And the workers were professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend hiring this vendor for roof repair/replacement you get great quality service at a good price.

Company had what I needed material wise, but the return policy at this company is a little high…read more First I paid cash for material, so no issue on paying an extra fee for credit card processing. But I didn't use two rolls of base material. So upon returning 2 rolls worth $270 I was refunded minus 20%. That was a $60 charge for restocking. They drove up with a fork lift and I loaded it onto their forks and they drove it to their storage area. Not pleased, but what can I do. Just making sure others are aware before you buy here.
