The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I needed copies of keys plus tags for each of my 8 keys. There is so much to choose from. They installed deadbolts and rekeyed existing locks so that it was all the same key. I had a door that wouldn't really close properly and that was fixed without having to ask about it. I wonder if to them, that was a simple job, but to me, it provided peace of mind, which to me is priceless. I recently had someone stalk my wife and I, turns out that person had a criminal record and was most likely going to rob our house. Not a great feeling, but hiring them and installing them helped to restore that sense of security that you want for your home. I highly recommend them!
