We shopped around Lowe's and Home Depot. Not only were their prices outrageous, their "experts" didn't seem to have a lot of information neither. I reached out to David, whom I found on Yelp and gave him a visit. He was so informative and the prices, and quality of blinds are beyond exceptional. Most big stores are having a nation wide shortage due to COVID but David's wait for his products are half of their wait. He also wasn't pushy nor dishonest like the other people we've met. The quality of wood blinds are thick and good quality( with a good selection of colors). We are looking for something that is thicker than 2 inches and he offered us beautiful and $$ manageable options. David also gave references for land word, concrete, and other yard works. First I…read moreordered shutters from bruce and he said it would be 3 weeks. 5 weeks later he showed up with shutters that did not match my other ones so I refused to have them installed. 3 weeks later, he showed up with the right shutters. He said it would take 1.5 hours. I watched as he and his assistant fumbled around for 4 hours trying to figure out how to install them. The finished product was so horrible, I wish I could post the pictures. Nothing was square, level or plumb. He put screws in the front trim that is supposed to remain clean. He glued one of the vinyl corners together because it didn't line up. There were gaps everywhere on the frame, and exposed brackets above the door. He used different screws on every mounting point. When I pointed out all the faults, Bruce's assistant agreed with me and admitted they didn't know what they were doing but stated nobody ever stood up to Bruce or called out his shotty work. To top it off, Bruce left a giant bag of trash on the side of my house. I ended up telling him to take the whole thing down and get out. DO NOT USE THIS MAN OR HIS SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!
