We shopped around Lowe's and Home Depot. Not only were their prices outrageous, their "experts" didn't seem to have a lot of information neither. I reached out to David, whom I found on Yelp and gave him a visit. He was so informative and the prices, and quality of blinds are beyond exceptional. Most big stores are having a nation wide shortage due to COVID but David's wait for his products are half of their wait. He also wasn't pushy nor dishonest like the other people we've met. The quality of wood blinds are thick and good quality( with a good selection of colors). We are looking for something that is thicker than 2 inches and he offered us beautiful and $$ manageable options. David also gave references for land word, concrete, and other yard works. They will no show on the initial site meet up. You have to baby sit them through the whole project and good luck meeting with them for the next phase of the project; they will avoid you at all cost. I asked to have the electrical pulled to the end of my kitchen island so I would have it on both sides, instead they CUT the wire costing me HUNDREDS to correct their mistake.They were supposed to repaint my entire bottom floor, which is a great room, but since I went with the same color they painted one wall, but charged me for the full project. Painting?! They ruined my brand new chandelier with paint even though they charged me to take it down, they also charged me to remove EACH vertical blind even though, you guessed it, there was paint on those too! Got my final bill and was charge 3k for "miscellaneous expenses" when I questioned them they couldn't tell me what they charge was for and immediately revised the bill. Good luck getting a final walk through, I never got one, even after repeatedly asking for one, but they are quick to threaten to send you to collections. AVOID this company at all costs!!

The next morning at six, even though some of the access had been covered with CDX, Mike and his guys got into the crawlspace and fixed the problem. One downside of how great Mike and Marcus and his crew is is that they are so loved, when the summer comes, they have to work 20 hours a day to keep everyone safe, cool, and happy. I've known and worked with Mike since I was thirteen. He hasn't changed a bit. He is so dedicated and good at what he does.
