Our windshield had a small crack that grew overnight because of the desert heat, so we needed to get it fixed quickly. After reading all of the great Yelp reviews, I decided to give Henry a call, and I'm so glad I did. He responded promptly, was very efficient, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Not only did his team do an excellent job replacing our windshield the same day, but he also went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Henry does. Thank you, Henry, and thank you to your team for the outstanding service. Wishing you continued success! You've definitely earned another happy customer! :)

My vehicle was only in their…read morepossession for about two days, yet the price they charged was completely unreasonable and felt excessive for the amount of time and service provided. What made things worse was the lack of transparency. The pricing wasn't clearly explained upfront, and by the time I got my vehicle back, the total was far higher than expected. It honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of. Situations like this are already stressful, and instead of helping, this company made it even more frustrating. There needs to be more honesty and fairness when it comes to pricing and customer communication. I would strongly recommend looking into other towing options before using this company.
