I was surprised to find such variety in one place in such a town. Shoes, clothes, uniforms, embroidery, watches, cologne, hi-vis. All pretty high quality stuff! The atmosphere and employees seemed a bit depressed though. No smiles, no bright greeting, no music in the background. Maybe the pandemic has taken it's toll. Shawn took the time to listen to my story, even though they were closed for the night. He called his design team to double check if my request was even possible. After some back and forth with questions and design checks, he took my project on! Because they knew it was a rush project and I was really anxious, he and his staff even provided me daily updates to put me at ease.
