The minimum wage used car sales mentality that these people have is unbearable.They blacklisted my number and now when I call, they hang up on me or transfer my phone call to Stephalina; who is extremely rude and low in character. Beware! if they can't fulfill a special order and you give a deposit they make it impossible to get your deposit back. Mind you they could not fulfill the order it's not like there was a choice. I cannot believe this company stays in business and the corporate office is no help either. "We will see what we can do" they say what is there to do you could not give what was ordered it's not rocket science you give your customer the deposit back. There is no need to investigate and get two sides of the story! It's not even about the deposit so much it's about the principal.
