After we got the pin information from Verizon to transfer. He said things ended sunday.Never called to tell me , hey today is the last day of that promo. Then we switch, and turns out we dont get the trade in credit for our phones for 3-4 months !!! And the gift cards that we get to pay off the other phones, we dont get for 3-4 months. None of that was explained. So for 3 months my cell phone bill has been $750. None of this was explained. Little background, ive been in sales, management and customer service for 22 years. NEVER, have i been in a situation like this. On either side of the table. Then we go to return the stuff, turns out the salesman didnt specify the correct time frame so we have to wait for him, but lucky us, he doesnt come back until the promotion is over. The manager was about as useless as tits on a bull. The level of disregard for people, for big accounts and professionalism is crazy. On top of that, we had a guy knocking door to door selling their new interet. Only gonna be $55 a month including tax and everything. So we switched from Spectrum. I told them guy many times, hey you sure theres no funny busuiness, oh no sir, we are very upfront. NOT ONE TIME HAS MY BILL BEEN $55 INCLUDING TAX. It went up to $100 and now its $65 plus tax. No one will answer for this guy or what he promised. The store says its a different department.Neither the guy at the store nor the door to door salesman returns messages. This is the worst experience ive ever had doing any kind of business anywhere. No empathy, no F's given. No responsability taken. No one wants to talk because everyone pushes the ball on the next person and everyone always at lunch or not available. I can see why no one has ever recommended this CO. to us.

My goal was to originally get back to San Diego in time to stop by my local ATT, but time was against us at getting back in time, so I googled to see if there was an ATT store in El Centro. Sure enough, there was! I scheduled an appointment and timed it to where we'd be passing by just in time, so we left the river and got to the store just before my appointment. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Juan. I was not the most well composed because it was 118 degrees out and my brain was mush at this point, but I explained my situation and told Juan that I wanted to upgrade my phone. Without wasting any time, Juan gave me some numbers to upgrade to a new 15 Pro Max and was quickly able to retrieve the phone. He got me set up really quickly and helped me pick out a couple cases for the new phone too. We had been in the sun and heat for the past few days and still had a couple of hours worth of driving ahead of us, so I really appreciated how quickly but efficiently Juan was able to process my transaction. All said and done, I think the whole transaction took about half an hour which was perfect and we were able to get back on the road quickly. Although I wasn't quite prepared to buy a new phone, I'm glad that they were able to take care of me in El Centro and now I have a fancy new phone for hopefully the next couple of years. Very happy with the service I received at El Centro's ATT wireless store and for Juan being so efficient.

The phones go to 1x which doesn't allow you to use the internet at all. We noticed this problem when we returned from Arizona. Not only are calls dropped, no cellular data for internet but also NO GPS since it can't get internet. It is really frustrating. The problem has to be settled between the governments which doesn't reassure me. Verizon says the Altán Redes, the Mexican cellular company, is at fault for the disruption and Altán blames Verizon for interfering on the Mexican side. Verizon has helped us try solutions but there really isn't any for us since we use Verizon for half the year somewhere else. They will reduce you to a lower plan but this would affect us when we work out of the area. I would like them to reduce the bill without a change of plan until this problem is solved.

ATT tried to make the transfer as difficult as possible. Martin did all he could from his end, then I had to go to the ATT store two freeway exits away to get the phone unlocked to complete the transfer. Then back to Verizon. There could be up to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed, according to ATT. Martin set everything up so all I had to do is pop in the new SIM card. 24 hours later, I could write and submit this review on my phone, thanks to Martin.

From the beginning, the technician, Enrique, had a rude and condescending attitude. He raised his voice and made several disrespectful comments. I have been a customer since the early 1990s, and in all those years, I have never experienced anything like this. The technician made multiple remarks about my age and implied that people my age do not know how to operate internet or cable equipment. I am 69 years old, and these comments were insulting, ageist, and completely unprofessional. He repeatedly spoke to me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and belittled in my own home. At one point, he compared routers to luxury cars, asking if I understood the difference between a Mercedes and a regular car, even though I was not asking for his opinion and had already decided I would be purchasing my own equipment. Because I felt so uncomfortable, I had to call my husband at work and ask that the service be stopped, in front of the technician. Only then did he lower his voice and apologize, stating that "that's just the way I talk" and that no one had ever complained about him before. No customer should be treated this way, especially in their own home. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope the company addresses this behavior so that no one else has to go through a similar situation.

Catherine is a genius!…read more Our relationship started thanks to a generous 40th birthday present from my mom. Catherine did a phone consultation and then came to my house to review my closet. She was understanding and non judgmental looking at all my outdated fashion, and helped me see outfit pairings I would never have thought of (navy and gold, who knew?!) and say farewell to things that were tired or ill fitting. That helped us make an agenda for our shopping trip which she carefully timed around big sales, mindful of helping me stay within the budget we'd identify. When I arrived she had a whole rack ready for me to start trying on, and we made swift work of finding a whole new look for me to use day to day. She got special treatment with the store clerks and alterations folks because of a good reputation and they treated me like a queen. Our relationship continues long beyond that first trip -- she checks in on my alterations and offers solid advice on accessories and purchases when I ask. I'm really glad we met and know I'll be recommending her to friends and going to Catherine for a long time.

She did make one good tip "you have too many sweaters and no blouses" but when she left I felt no better about my clothes or how to put them together than before she came. She didn't put ONE outfit together for me, or for my husband, who has maybe 50 items (3 pairs of shoes). I then went shopping with her for 3 hours. I had expected to buy blouses, since she said I needed those, but we spent an hour on jeans (already have 3 expensive pairs that fit well) and I had to keep nagging and redirecting her to blouses over and over. She even started showing me sweaters at one point -- even after saying I owned too many (8). And despite spending TWO HOURS on my 100 items, she clearly learned nothing about my tastes or preferences. She kept grabbing high collar, super buttoned up shirts (I'm young and free spirited), lots of high wasted "mom" pants. Most of the items were too short in the pants or sleeves (I'm 5'7"), and Catherine would insist that it didn't matter. But why would I pay $200-$400 for something that is too short? (Every item she selected for me was OVER $100.) And when I would put something on and ask her, "what would I wear this with?" she would tell me something that I did not already have or was even in the dressing room. She also kept insisting I needed to buy black black and more black. I don't like black. I live in LA. Most people don't wear black except at night... and how good of a stylist can you be in you just want to dress everyone in all black? Frustrated, I asked to spend the last 30 minutes focused on my husband (she'd made one suggestion for him--he needed "fancy designer sneakers with a rocker pattern" and a grey jacket to complete his wardrobe) and she started picking up all these grey bland booties. I finally waved her off. She was nice, and I think she did try, but I wish I could get a refund. I feel very VERY taken advantage of.
