Well I was disappointed to find out it had a hole in it. So he took it back with in the 24 hour grace period to get our money back. However they had recently changed their policy to no cash refund, but store credit would be given to him. It wasn't ideal, but acceptable. My husband used some of the credit right then and there. Having some credit left, the cashier gave him a receipt for store credit with the amount, the name of the store, the store phone number, the employees name and signature, and date (10/29/15 today's date is 11/7/15). My husband goes there today to make a purchase and the cashier will not honor his credit. So he speaks with the owner, who also says he knows nothing of this credit receipt after my husband presented it to him! Then my husband gets home and I gently voice my disapproval of the situation on Facebook tagging the store in the post so as to give them an opportunity to correct this before having to come to yelp. Well, who ever was in charge commented that I should have talked to someone before saying bad things. Then I was blocked. I did not say anything bad. In fact I didn't even give an opinion in the matter, just the facts of what happened. Now I shall give an opinion. I haven't had such bad customer service in a long time. I am truly disappointed I have to stop being one of their customers, but this kind of thing can't go unnoticed.

Literally, yesterday I was hiking Blackett's Ridge Mountain. It was 70° perfect sun. Then it took a turn at about 2:00 p.m. And it poured for about 22 minutes! I will never be hiking without a raincoat again. Amazon, Columbia etc. is way too overpriced for a raincoat. I've already sent back three. But I stopped by today at Womanhaven. I purchased a raincoat with seams ultralight weight, two inside and 2 outer, pockets, all drawstring mesh lining for only $2.42. Some deals cannot be passed up. Who cares there's a logo on the side, I just don't want to be soaking wet. Customer service was outstanding The selection of items are met, but you may find the exact one thing you're looking for. If I was just doing general thrift store shopping it might be a toss-up if I would come here. But I also live 2 hours away. Happy shopping!

I absolutely know that used items have already been taxed, donated back, so no tax is added to the sale, but she insisted that it got taxed. What's the most insulting, is making it seem like I did not know what I was talking about and being a major jerk about the entire transaction. Super, super cheap stuff literally in piles everywhere that you have to rifle through but usually find the most unique pieces if you're patient and enduring. At this location it was $1 per item- so my boyfriend and I found 10 pieces of clothing, for a grand total of $10! Amazing! The outlet was very big and had some decent options. The retail center has standard and many duplicates of things but can be helpful if you're just looking to grab something for cheap like a belt or other. This is a great Goodwill store overall in a nice area with lots of food options nearby if you wanted to make a half day of it.
