We went in and the store was clean and organized and the shelves were stocked. Hope was rising. The store had all the normal departments and they looked good. We've been getting items for a travel trailer so went to Houseware's. The Houseware's department had some nice items that we haven't seen at other stores. Macy's now has mattresses and they are having a huge sale. Eddie was extremely helpful. He described the differences and benefits of each. It's nice working with someone is nice and who knows the products. I recommend Macy's for your shopping needs. It was very nice and I will definitely be back!

But of course, they don't tell you that until you are at the register and the cashier is holding tight to your cash or card. The assistants here while helpful and generally mannered, use street lenguage like they are out of a bad rap video. Another thing I found of poor taste from the staff was how pushy they were every step of the way. Unless I needed another shoe size I preferred to be as far from the assistants here as I could, because everytime I needed help from them I would be pitched into buying "the most comfortable denims I would ever use". Which, by the way, were not part of the storewide promotion. Not comming here again unless I wanna be lied to, cheated, and pressured into spending more than I can afford. In which case I would if stayed with my ex girlfriend.

I didn't get her name but she was blonde, had a few tattoos, and was super friendly. Whenever I am in this store she is always helping someone find something in particular. Kudos to her!
