The first counter guy was doing nothing as well as the second counter guy. I told guy that my van wouldn't start, he said with out looking up I can't check it unless it's charged. I said do you charge here he said yeah leave it come back in two hours. I returned in two hours first counter guy says to second counter guy he's back get his battery and load test it. The test indicated it was a bad battery, first guy walked off I turned to second guy and he said no good you don't have a warranty nothing I can do. I said do you have one he yelled at first guy to check. Second guy says to me nothing I can do about it, first guy never returns so I grab my battery and went across the street to AutoZone. Napa in Holtville ,CA has very very bad customer service. Never going back unless they change employee's.

I ordered the vehicle (I've never had one before) so now I wanted to add a few upgrades. Boom next thing you know here comes another stellar interaction with yet another amazing Team Member. Chip Corfman! He spent time with me on the phone walking me through the initial upgrades that I asked him about. Again, like Nellie and Travis, Chip is totally professional, very patient, extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. We walked through upgrades by reviewing websites while he made his recommendations. I never felt like he was trying to "Sell" me anything. More importantly I felt like he was providing very genuine input coming from a place of integrity which as a buyer is important, at least for me. Just like Nellie, Chip's a 5 Star. When serious problems arose, we felt let down by both the dealership and the extended warranty we expected would protect us. We pursued the matter in court and ultimately lost, but that does not change our disappointment or how we feel about the service we received. In my opinion, the extended warranty was not worth the money. Instead of feeling protected, we felt left to deal with an expensive problem without meaningful support. WE WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM COYNE POWERSPORTS AGAGIN. THE OWNER IS AWFUL. THERE ARE MULTIPLE COYNE MOTORSPORTS. I WOULD SUGGEST DOING YOUR RESEARCH AND SEE HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY. The owner has many stores operated under different names. Beware, any problems it is very difficult to serve and track down the owner.

Unfortunately the Thermistor was not the problem causing the refrigerator to malfunction. It ended up being a cooling unit which is very expensive to replace. I spoke with Rene about the problem, having already paid quite a bit for him to repair what we both thought was the issue and he ultimately decided that since he did not fix the problem, the honest and right thing to do was to me my check back. I couldn't believe that he was willing to do that and he offered that willingly and was very courteous and professional. I will definitely have Rene out for further repairs when needed. I couldn't believe how honest he was and willing to take care of me.
