The Imperial Valley Mall is the only indoor mall in the area so it is where you go for any major shopping. We have gone here a number of times to one of the anchor stores. The big department stores here are Macy's, JC Penney's, Kohl's, Sears, and even, a Dilliard's. Dilliard's used to be a favorite but I haven't seen one in years. I haven't made it there but hope to soon. We have been to the other department stores and they seem to have the same as usual. There are a number of smaller stores in the mall, as well, for clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry, makeup, furniture and home decor. Some I knew were Charlotte Russe, American Eagle, PAC Sun, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Kay Jewelers, Zale's, Payless Shoes, Vans, and Party City. There is also a food court with a carousel and various food vendors through the mall such as Burgers and Beers, Auntie Ann's, Cinnnabon's, and Subway. The food court offers Mexican, Chinese, Italian, Juices and Smoothies and some sweet offerings like Raspados, ice cream, and a coffee shop with baked goodies. The mall is great when you are looking for something special and also a good place to get out of the heat in the summer. Parking is huge with plenty of entrances. I do recommend visiting the Imperial Valley Mall.

All stores closed after 11a.m. Posted opening time.

Sunday morning at 11:10 a.m. and all the stores are still closed. They must be doing so well that they value their time more than that of the customers who support them. The posted time for opening is 11:00!! ‍

This mall is very clean. First time here. I like how this mall is not confusing with all the side outlets or circles to lost in. Almost all the stores can be accessed by the main lobby... it's a straight line. This place is so popular, I see a lot of people come here from Mexicali to shop here. I even ran into people from Yuma, AZ here too. I would recommend this place.

It's alright for El Centro. They need to expand it and add more shops to look at. Hopefully in the near future it gets better.

There not to many places to shop in the Imperial Valley. So If you don't want to go out of town. then you have to go to Imperial Valley Mall

A nice big mall. The only real mall in the area. The food court is really dark, though it does have a nice merry go round in it.

Overall I had a successful trip to Ross. One thing I didn't appreciate about this El Centro…read morelocation was twice I asked for help but the staff member didn't have a clue as to what I said, or how to tell me in English what I needed to know. I could see in their eyes that they had a genuine desire to help me. I stopped in to buy myself a souvenir hat from El Centro, and to browse about to see if they had anything useful for my car. The hat selection was very limited. Mostly Ball caps, and those beanies closely resembling the Old Navy watch caps. They also had a bucket hat, but it's pastel color wasn't for me. i was hopping to find a golf hat. I ended up buying a ball cap with a US flag on it and a phone holder that attaches to the mirror. This will be useful for times when I use my phone as a GPS or watching movies when parked. The gal at the checkout spoke English and checked me out quickly and accurately. I don't think she cared about me coming to Ross to buy a souvenir hat. Which I felt was a dollar more than I anticipated. The did have a better selection of men's ballcaps than Walmart had. And a far better deal on the phone holder. I probably would have shopped around a bit longer but I started getting hungry. When a i couldn't find white Fruit of the Loom briefs. I decided not to seek help with the staff since twice before I was unsuccessful at getting the help I needed, so I decided to go to Del Taco for lunch. Be sure to check out my review for Del Taco in El Centro. Thanks for reading .....

Yes you can pay over there I paid and then as I was leaving the security guard wanted to speak to me in English and asked me for my receipt and then dug in my bag to look at the items and pull one out. never in my life have I ever experienced this. Come on El Central Ross you need to do better.

This is a solid Target. We stop here whenever we are staying in Brawley, Imperial, or El Centro…read more It is the only Target nearby and has a steady customer base. Since Covid they also have a strong pick-up area and even have shaded parking in the parking lot just for their pick-up service, where employees fill mobile orders from customers and deliver them to their vehicles. This Target is loaded with great deals, and we never have trouble finding what we are looking for. The employees are friendly and they check you out quickly, unless you only have a few items and use the self-checkout. Definitely worth stopping in when you're in the area. There's also a Starbucks inside the store, so you don't have to wait in line at the new Starbucks out in the far corner of the parking lot.

They told me they had a hold on it. I asked them to call my doctor's office to confirm that the prescription was not bogus but they refused. Finally I had had enough of their games and I stopped going back there. Who gives them the right to over ride a doctor's valid prescription? Very poor customer service directed towards me, a disabled White US Navy veteran. The pharmacy personnel looked down on me as if I was an insect.
