She needed the bust area let out a little and the length shortened. She took it a month before prom and was told to go back the Wednesday right before prom weekend. She went that Wednesday and he hadn't even started working on the dress yet. She was told to go back the next day (Thursday.) she goes and only the length is cut and she asked why the bust area hadn't been let out yet and apparently he had forgotten about that since he made no notes about that during their initial meeting. She's told to go back the following day again. She goes back on Friday about 3-4pm and see him starting to make loops on the back of the dress to put ribbon through and let it out like that. This is not what he had told my sister he was going to do and he was going to cut the dress and make these changes WITHOUT calling and asking for her permission first. He then says to pick up the dress and 2pm on Saturday (the day of prom.)

She always a does a great job and leaves my dresses perfect to the right length, adds cups for dresses, and adjusts the sides to fit better. I've gotten major and minor alterations done and have not had any issue with her. She does get busy so make sure to get in at least 2 weeks prior your event and have it ready 2 days before in case anything else needs fixing. I had a problem where I picked up my dress I needed for the next day and the cups put in the dress were way too high. I wasn't able to try it on when it was ready since I couldn't go in person to pick it up personally and had someone else go for it. And it was very late in the day by the time it was ready around 5-6pm. I called the next morning since I needed my dress for a photoshoot that same day. Maria the seamstress wasn't there as she doesn't come in till later in the day. But since it was a quick fix, the other lady that works there was able to move them down for me and had it ready fairly quickly and it fit perfect after. All the staff there is professional and helpful. Numerous dresses done and no complaints so far! I would recommend them since they are reliable and fix any issue that may come up. Get your alterations done ahead of time so you have some time to fix anything if needed.
