My wife's prescription from the doctor had been faxed over to the office the week before her follow up visit. She had surgery on both feet and could not walk so I needed a wheelchair. I was given a list of what was required when I went there hoping to be able to get her a wheelchair. I sent the information to the surgeon's office so that they could provide the requested information and I could get her a wheelchair before we went to her appointment. I'm also upset with her doctor's office because they didn't let me know that the information had been sent so I could follow up and speed the process up and the employee from the business did not follow up once he received the information from the doctor's office so that he could tell them they needed additional information. His excuse is that he has a lot of requests to handle and that he had not looked at ours. If he got off his cell phone and did some honest work maybe the business would be better. It appears that the owners, Nicole and Andre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from Whittier either don't care or trust that everything is going well since they no one has complained. I have the number to their Whittier office and you can bet I will be calling to speak to someone. As a side note, the other supplier of medical supplies is almost as bad as this one.

Located downtown Office Supply Company is an iconic valley business, they have a friendly knowledgable staff, everytime I have gone into the store someone has always asked if they could help me, I have never had to look for an employee to ask a question about a product unlike some chain offic supply store I will not mention. If the item you are looking for is not available they can special order if for you and can usually have it for you the next day. The prices they have on there products are very competitive and I am sure they can match any offer, the show room if full of great quality furniture, all in all a great place to shop for you office supply needs. read more

I remember since I was younger I would go downtown to Office Supply to get some of my school supplies. I always thought the customer service was great. The staff goes above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. Many businesses nowadays don't take pride in providing customer service, but I feel this is the reason the business is still very much alive at Office Supply. I recommend anyone and everyone to visit this store! :) Happy shopping at Office Supply in EC. read more

I absolutely love the staff at OSC! The ladies are extremely warm, kind, and helpful. That personal attention that they give all their Customers is now pretty rare in other businesses. I love how they will immediately greet me by my name! Also, if the product you need is not in stock, they will order it for me :) All our office supplies for our work is purchased there and I wouldn't have it any other way! From a penci to toners, OSC is where you need to shop! read more
