My wife's prescription from the doctor had been faxed over to the office the week before her follow up visit. She had surgery on both feet and could not walk so I needed a wheelchair. I was given a list of what was required when I went there hoping to be able to get her a wheelchair. I sent the information to the surgeon's office so that they could provide the requested information and I could get her a wheelchair before we went to her appointment. I'm also upset with her doctor's office because they didn't let me know that the information had been sent so I could follow up and speed the process up and the employee from the business did not follow up once he received the information from the doctor's office so that he could tell them they needed additional information. His excuse is that he has a lot of requests to handle and that he had not looked at ours. If he got off his cell phone and did some honest work maybe the business would be better. It appears that the owners, Nicole and Andre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from Whittier either don't care or trust that everything is going well since they no one has complained. I have the number to their Whittier office and you can bet I will be calling to speak to someone. As a side note, the other supplier of medical supplies is almost as bad as this one.
