At the end of long day, I took a chance and called Shawn at Instant Imprints 1 minute before closing and I'm SO THANKFUL I did. Shawn took the time to listen to my story, even though they were closed for the night. He called his design team to double check if my request was even possible. After some back and forth with questions and design checks, he took my project on! Because they knew it was a rush project and I was really anxious, he and his staff even provided me daily updates to put me at ease. I spoke with Sam at the front desk and carefully explained to him what it is I desired: half size 5"x7" double sided color flyers. A quick approval from Tim on the formatting and design, and I was out the door in a matter of minutes! The best surprise was to find out that my Uncle, Fernando of Resendiz Construction, actually does business with them with his printed merchandise.
