Beware- this Ross's associates steals from you.
This is not the first, or second time this has happened to me, but the third. The first two times I just thought the associate made a careless mistake. the second time, well I called and went back to the store, the manager refused to give my things but after me being consistent and refused to leave, they finally gave my things back.
First time- it's hard for me to get out the house during this pandemic, just as it is for a lot others. The store knows that and takes advantage of THE people. I bought over 200$ worth of things and by the time I got home. Half of my things were missing. I thought maybe someone took it or I left it . But I was pretty sure that I unloaded my things at the register and I was charged for them. I double checked my receipt just to be sure.
The second time, the same thing happened, this time I was pissed. This has never happened to me where the store would have the balls to steal from me like that, so I called the store and they asked what products was it and I described it to the core. They told me that they found the items over the phone and claimed that the associate who bagged my item did not give my items to be upon checking the security cameras. Yes, the associate tried to steal my things. And was caught on camera. I drove back to the store with my receipt hours later to pick up the items which I already paid for, the manager said there's nothing there for me. I was furious. I refused to leave and finally. They gave my things to me.
Third time, you know what they say, fool me once...
Fool me twice...
fool me three times I'm a idiot.
The stole my things again, three pairs of slippers.
I'm not contacting Ross again, apparently all the employees here share the same value- stealing and lying.
Thief's.
I will be contacting my bank for a refund.
