In my experience, his attentiveness and honesty were well displayed by the fact that he took on a job and did it on time for an extremely fair price. Cleaning out an exhaust gas recirculation system is something a lot of garages simply don't want to do, and will become dishonest when facing a request to do so. I have experienced this with some businesses for whom I have left appropriate reviews detailing as much. One business even immediately tried to convince me that an engine replacement was obviously necessary. 2 days ago, a 304 code was showing that my fourth cylinder was misfiring for some reason. Mr cisneros took the time to comply with my request to examine my EGR system and confirmed that the first three intake manifold ports were blocked significantly, routing an overflow of air to the fourth cylinder and causing that misfire. A combination of free code readings and YouTube videos and a replacement of spark plugs not solving the issue made this EGR clean out a very likely solution to my problem. Indeed, I have gone from about 35 miles per gallon and a knocking engine at low accelerating RPMs yesterday to over 50 miles per gallon and an engine that purrs ever so gently if audible at all today. I was pretty sure of the problem and the solution, but Mr cisneros is the person who made it possible. I can't recommend his services enough, and I hope that other people have a chance to enjoy the same experience that I did! My dented Prius has 200,000 miles on the odometer, but thanks to Mr Cisneros, it's still a young car.

I consistently heard a whistle when I drove, indicating that the door was not fully fitting onto the frame. D & H Body Shop was notified of the error and proceeded to correct the problem. Then, some two years later, I went to the Ford dealership to buy a part and was asked where the VIN sticker is that is usually attached to the driver's side door. Confused as the where that sticker could be, I surmised that after D&H did the work on my door, they discarded the door part that contained the sticker. I was not notified by D&H that I would need a new sticker. I then contact D&H Body Shop about my concerns and I was told by Kathy, the owner of the business for 45 years, that she contacted my former insurance company who would reimburse me for the cost of the sticker, around $23.00. I appreciate the time and energy that D&H Body Shop went through to resolve this minor yet somewhat concerning experience. Thank you!

I was temporarily able to fill it with water and make it to the bottom of the grade and called when I got service. Joel is the owner and he was very attentive and helpful. He was right off of the freeway exit and it was easy to get the semi in and the surrounding streets had plenty of room to drive. He found the problem right away. He was very honest and friendly and in total it cost 150.00 for labor and he was kind enough to take me to the hotel down the street where there is plenty of food. There is a freightliner down the street from him so they can get the parts same day unless they don't have them. The next closest freightliner is in Fontana or Miramar, California which are both 3 hours away. I would do business with him again!!
