Company only has Flat Beds. The owner wanted to DRAG my vehicle (that was stuck in Park) onto the truck when I clearly needed a "Wheel Lift" or "Dolly". The Owner assured me that it wouldn't cause any damage to my Transmission or tires... Then when I questioned the process he said " Since you asked that, we won't touch you car". Rudy is the dispatcher and has TERRIBLE customer service etiquette and does not care for the customers at all. Trash tow company! If you wanna be stuck on the side of the highway for hours then have them cancel, this is the tow campy for you!! If you have AAA , just know, you'll be waiting for HOURS before they decide they're going to cancel after being told they're on their way to you! They were called by triple a to pull me out of a ditch. The driver Jose asked a bit too many questions and had a little too negative attitude - I can't do this, I can't do that, what were you doing here etc... when he arrived he said "you know it's not covered by triple a, right?" He claimed I was more then a mile off the paved road, so it would not covered by triple a. Never heard of that rule, and as I learned later, there was a paved road few hundreds yards away. He called allegedly his dispatch, spoke castellano (I happen to understand it) and said they'll pull me out this time, just give me tip and good review on yelp. I gave him all I had, 6$ in cash after he did pull me out. So overall, I think their hearts are in a wrong place, negative attitude and attempt to monetize on people who are in trouble. Although he did his job, I think is only because I strongly pushed back against his claim that it's not covered by triple a. So as promised, giving him good review on yelp. read more

I had my vehicle towed by premier and impounded over the weekend. On the monday after the weekend i went to pick up my car. When i arrived, there was this man at the front desk that said i owed him $880 to retrieve my vehicle. He said $400 for towing and then $40 for each day it was there. my car was in the impound for 3 days so i wasnt sure how the math was coming out that way for him cause $40 a day would mean my car would've been $520. Since I was not really understanding the logic i asked for an explanation as to why it was that price and i was berated for my question. The man yelled at me and asked if i was "fucking stupid" for not understanding. I kept my cool and offered if i could pay by card or check, and then the man at the desk proceeded to say "for you only cash because all you asian people are the same, you will call your bank and get the charge off your card." (Mind you I am not even asian, i have small eyes but im latino.) The people here are racist, rude and unprofessional. read more

I had to call AAA when my car battery went dead. The truck was on another call but got to me in about half an hour. The young man was very nice and polite and even knew two of my friend's sons. When he called for exact directions he said, "Is that the S-----"s house?" Small town--everybody knows everybody, or at least everybody knows my friends! I received a quick snd courteous call from dispatch notifying me tow would be about 20 minutes. Five minutes later I received a call from driver saying he would be 35 to 45 minutes. He claimed to be on another call and gave his opinion of what was wrong with vehicle, did not matter I needed a tow. Once he finally arrived, he said sorry I took so long I'm moving. Once again offered his opinion about issue with vehicle. I hope this is the right place that picked me up. I was driving home to San Diego and AAA sent me Eddie from Premier Towing. I am a young girl in my early 20s and I was sitting on the side of the road for 40 minutes with no cell service. Eddie picked me up and was so kind and a understanding of my tears and fears. He drove my car and me to the gas station and waited there until I told him I was totally comfortable being there by myself. Great experience. read more

I chose 1 star because negative 5 wasn't an option. I have AAA, and was traveling out of state. I got a flat tire in the middle of the desert, late at night, with 2 minors in the car. AAA said I'd be assisted in 43 minutes. It was over an hour and a half before Premier Dispatch even contacted me. The man I spoke to in Dispatch was pleasant. The driver, however, was a complete prick. I didn't know exactly what street I was nearest to. I was going eastbound on the 8, coming from San Diego, headed to Yuma. I explained that I had already come out of the mountain, and the mountain was about 5 minutes behind me. The driver said "is that it???" And when I asked what he means, he said "the 8 runs from San Diego to Florida...." I said "well obviously I'm not in Florida". He then asked me to pull up my maps, and tell him what's nearest to me. I did. But my GPS was only showing me what road I was ON (which was 8-East), I told him there's nothing ahead of me, and nothing behind me - I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT, on a highway with semi's zooming by me by the minute. He chuckled at me and said "if I find you, I find you, if I don't, I don't". I told him it was his job to find me. He said he was gonna call AAA and send someone else because he didn't want to deal with me. Well, they're the only ones in Imperial County contracted with AAA. The driver contacted CHP, and CHP mandated that they come and assist me. After 4.5 hours, they never came. Come to find out, they cancelled my service order altogether so they wouldn't have to come. CHP came and had to assist me while I changed my own tire. THEY. NEVER. CAME. 5 hours, on the side of a highway with 2 minors in my car.... I got AAA so that I'd never be stuck on the side of the road for hours with my kids in the car. I don't blame AAA, I blame the price driver with a chip on his shoulder, who "didn't want to deal with me". His job was to find me. I gave him all the information I could, and as the ONLY company contracted with AAA for Imperial County, with the information I gave him, he should have been able to locate me. I gave the same information to CHP and they got to me in 20 minutes. Premier Towing is the worst experience and treatment I've ever received. I'm pursuing further action. Only by the grace of God, did my kids and I make it home, with the help of a very kind CHP officer. It was VERY unsafe for us on the side of that highway and Premier Towing couldn't care less. Excellent service. I worked with both Mike & Lance to get my disabled vehicle out of the desert on an off-road trail about 4 miles from the road. They were helpful on the phone, arrived quickly, expertly retrieved the vehicle and then towed it where it needed to go. Easily the best towing service I've ever used. Mike & Lance were excellent. We got ourselves stuck in a wash while attempting to find a place to go shooting off imperial county line... After several failed attempts to get out, we knew a winch was the only way we would get out. AAA won't come off road but they referred Premier towing who asked for a few pics of what we had got ourselves into and gave us an estimate right then. We accepted and within 1hr we were back on the asphalt talking with the driver, Alonzo, who not only pulled us out quickly, but gave us directions to a nearby shooting area! AAA said it would be 30-40 minutes for the tow truck company to arrive to get our keys out of the locked truck. The guy was there in about 10 minutes and we were driving in 15. Great fast service. Not fun on a hot day being locked out of your truck. read more

I was in Calexico, and they called me 1 hour late, not sure if they are to blame, but I had to wait for a long time, I have AAA card and normally the service is within 30 minutes, but this time was an hour before I got the call from Premier driver. My keys were locked in the car thanks to my mechanic who misunderstood me when I said to leave it open with the keys inside. Anyway, I called AAA and they said I would be contacted to give me an eta. I waited 1 hr and called back. They said they never received and eta from Premiere. So they called them while I was on hold and they said they would call me with an eta after they talked with their boss. It's been 20 min and I still haven't heard anything. This is ridiculous.
