Was dispatched to my car and never arrived and their phone number goes directly to voicemail that is not set up

They arrived over 1.5 hours later then the approximate ETA. My roadside assistance set me up with this company and called them several times to get an update on their location and they said that the driver contacted me already , which was a lie . They also told the roadside assistance that the driver went to the location and didn't see the car there . This was another lie because I waited at the location and no tow truck even came close. Worst Tow company in the Imperial Valley definitely do not recommend calling them for help unless you plan on waiting for over 5 hours. They have terrible communication and the dispatcher keeps hanging up not answering the calls unless we call from a different number read more

I have a new Gmc Sierra. I had an issue with my truck and My free service of On Star contacted them. They showed up very fast and the pick up guy was pretty cool. They took my truck and delivered it to the GMC Dealer. The truck ended up arriving to the dealer with a broken rear window. Some where along the way to the dealer my trucks window was broken. I called the owner of the towing company and he refused to cover the cost of the window. He said if a rock hits the window on the way to the dealer its not his fault. Not very professional to me. I think if you take someone's car or you are hired to do a job you are responsible for it! I would not recommend this towing business. read more

Very disappointed with this business. Vehicle took much longer than previously stated. ( was quoted two days, took 3 weeks). When called they didn't answer. Don't even reply to text messages to give an update. Vehicle was extremely filthy. Shoe print in the trunk. Back seat dirty. Etc... read more

don't know what these other reviewers experienced but mine with b&l was fantastic. Kiki showed up quickly. I was on a hard to identify part of the freeway and he found me easily. beautiful 2022 550 flatbed truck. very nice guy, very nice drive, couldn't have hoped for more. especially during these times when most drivers will not allow you to ride with them due to covid restrictions. instead of me having to find alternative transportation for myself Kiki kindly allowed me to sit in the cab. great experience read more

Truck broke down and took them 5 hrs to try to send a tow truck. Never arrived so called different tow company

had the insurance call this towing service thought the young man knew what he was doing..... but when he said, he didn't know how to help me with my car.... then things were not right..... he then tried to figure out what to do..... but , thrn he got frustrated...... he was then out of it..... afterwards... he just left...... the worst of the worst!!!! don't call these people to help.... my recommendation!!!!!! read more

Poor service. Called for help and waited for 3 hours. I understand if things get busy but every 30minutes they kept telling us we would be helped in 15 minutes or that they were 3minutes away. They also hung up on me. Tried calling back and call kept getting my call rejected. Wish their communication was better. read more

The employees here are really great! I was 100 miles away from home when my alternator went out today. Jordan arrived sooner than expected and was very nice and informative and showed me what he was doing and what he found. The employees were not pushy at all. I wish I got one of the other guys' names...he was nice and offered my daughter and I some water. They also gave us the TV changer so we could watch TV while we waited in the office. They fixed the car fast and we were back on the road in no time! read more
