This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I ordered a milkshake without…read moremilk, which I've successfully ordered at this location before. The employee taking my order repeatedly made facial expressions that suggested she was annoyed or disgusted by my request. When I politely asked why she was making those faces, she ignored me completely. I was eventually told they couldn't make the milkshake without milk, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the refund process was just as frustrating. The employee processing it didn't know how to use the register and had to FaceTime someone for instructions. After I asked for my receipt, she printed it but walked away without giving it to me. Due to the unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and overall lack of customer service, I requested a full refund. I will not be returning to this establishment and will not spend another penny here. A little courtesy and professionalism would have made all the difference.
