Soft, hot and a great vessel to hold the Cajun turkey, pepper jack cheese, crisp lettuce, freshly sliced tomatoes and the fiesta sauce, which has a little kick to it. The meat was flavorful and the sandwich itself was delicious. They have a full party store so you can grab whatever you want to go with your sandwich. I chose the 2/$1chips and a mandarin Jaritto. I will return to try more items. They did also have a hot bar with food that I didn't get to check out but will when I return!

Reviews and noted the hours are prime lunch time. I kept this in mind when I was off and finally have been able to try the sub shop-- the staff were very welcoming and helped explained the menu. This is a small establishment along with minimal diner seating available followed by big flavors! I was informed bread is picked up daily from the bakery, the bread was very dry to me and friend as we shared the Italian 10/2 sandwich. The meats and cheese tasted fresh, per reviews. I went with minimal 10 layers of meat and two layers of cheese. I feel like any less the bread would be overpowering, . The chicken noodle soup is a winner -- I would take more yummy broth than noodles. Overall, based on reviews and my experience I am willing to try again!

The egg rolls were tasty, but did have a slight spicy kick on the end of them. Which was tolerable. Inside looked clean and there were tables to sit at. Outside the parking lot is small. Overall not a bad choice and I'd come back to try something else.

You would think that would be simple but the last 3 times there has been everything on my daughter's even though we specifically unchecked everything except meat and cheese (only pepperoni and salami but still had the other meats on for #13)and also type in specific info and yet they put everything on it and this time put dressing on it so we can't just take everything she doesn't like off because the bun is wet. I'm so sad they don't read everything. There were 4 employees standing behind the counter talking so why couldn't they read the order?? Then we looked before leaving and missing 2 subs but was able to catch that! Last time the owner made things right with the same issue but that doesn't fix the problem obviously. I didn't call this time. Just this review. They need a "Build your own" option on the app. Attention to detail is important! The cheese steak was delicious though!

The food here is really good, nice size portions and priced lower than I would have expected. I got the Rachel, AKA Carol's Temptation, and local friend, Yelper Amy B, got the Uncle Louie's BBQie, a brisket sandwich. Both of us agreed they were good hearty sandwiches that we had trouble finishing. They offered us the combo version, which gets you an individual bag of Better Made brand chips and a soft drink with free refills for $2.50. Thanks to Yelper Al P for another great local recommendation. If you're in the south part of the metro area, he knows the best value eats in the area. A solid 4 stars. So you ask? If it's so good, why not 5 stars? A few recommendations for the owners: * Take out a table. It's just too crowded. * The chairs are very uncomfortable. * Call out customer pick-up numbers once when the whole order is ready instead of once for the drink & chips and again for the sandwich. Dont make your customers have to get up twice. * Make sure the cheese is melted. Mine wasn't.

The employee taking my order repeatedly made facial expressions that suggested she was annoyed or disgusted by my request. When I politely asked why she was making those faces, she ignored me completely. I was eventually told they couldn't make the milkshake without milk, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the refund process was just as frustrating. The employee processing it didn't know how to use the register and had to FaceTime someone for instructions. After I asked for my receipt, she printed it but walked away without giving it to me. Due to the unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and overall lack of customer service, I requested a full refund. I will not be returning to this establishment and will not spend another penny here. A little courtesy and professionalism would have made all the difference. Would have gave the business one star, but I've read somewhere it's harder to get rid of two stars.

There's a small lot but you can park right there. It's right off of Michigan Ave so you really can't miss it but it is very small so you may not know what you're looking for. Just keep an eye out for it. They do have plenty of seats but it's not a full sit-down situation so I don't make it seem like you can bring a table of 20 in . They do have seats to sit in. There are countertops you can stand at but this is more likely a quick bite or to-go kind of situation. Even though there are people who do come in for the lunch break. But it's just basically tables and it's not a lot of frills or bells and whistles but it's still enough to have a bite to eat. The customer service is super nice and I was very taken care of and everybody was super friendly. As far as that goes that is something that has no issue . I ordered and it came pretty fast within 10 minutes so that was good. The service is quick but when I went it wasn't overly packed so that probably helped. Still it was good service and swift service as well . NY club - it was actually really good. It was very large and it got me right for lunch time for quite some time. It was put together very well and it didn't fall apart as soon as I picked it up. Turkey was warm and the sandwich was put together really well and the bacon made it pop .
