Came here for lunch today. Their special today was free fries with any fried chicken purchase - we wanted to try the bulgogi bowl but the 50/50 combo (regular and sweet/spicy) looked too good to pass up on and we weren't sure how much chicken would come out. We got the wings/drums option. We placed the order at the counter then seated ourselves in the dining area. Waitress brought out a piping-hot small basket of fries about 5min after ordering. They were perfectly crispy. There were some take-out orders ahead of us while we waited for the chicken to come, but when the chicken was being brought out from the kitchen I knew something good was coming. The chicken was almost so hot/fresh you couldn't eat it right away. Perfect! It was crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. The chicken pieces were also full-sized, not like some of the places that serve puny drums/wings. I'd say our overall experience was pretty pleasant. The ordering process is digital, so we placed our order on the kiosk. From a designers perspective, the UI (User Interface) on the kiosk is a little confusing, but we managed. However, I could imagine this could hold up the line if you're not very tech savvy. So, I recommend adding images or organizing the menu a little more thoroughly. The service was awesome! We were taken care of as soon as we sat down. They gave us our eating utensils, personal jug of water, and even hand wipes to clean up after we've eaten. They were very accommodating and paid much attention to their patrons. The food was delicious. I'm a huge fan wings. I love saucy wings, but I get wings for the crunchiness and that's what we received. Very crispy wings with the sauce to compliment it. The half order was perfect for the two of us since we don't grub too hard nowadays. So if you're looking to order for your family, I'd get the full order. I want to come back to try their other dishes, so I'll update this review again when the time comes. I'd say the only thing I would have against the restaurant was that it was too warm for my comfort. It could be because I was sat nearest the kitchen, but it was very warm in there. Ddukbokgi .... my fave I've ever ordered from ANY korean place. They DO NOT skimp on the rice cakes. There are more rice cakes than fish cake and the sauce/broth is realllllllly good. The rice cakes are not overcooked and the sweetness/spice is perfect. If you are a newbie to rice cakes but see it all the time on k-dramas (all those street vendor scenes lol) this ddukbokgi is a good one to try for your first time!
