First visit was a negative one star because the owner had an attitude when we complain about the size of the chicken drumstick she claimed that we were lucky to get the big ones versus the small ones didn't go back for a long time but passed through town this time again quality of food and size of chicken was better and seem like they change their attitude. I truly wanted to like this place because I love korean chicken but I was highly disappointed. Not only was the food bland, the smell of the chicken was horrible. I spent 62 bucks and didn't eat half of the food I bought. I'm not sure if it was because we got there right when we opened (which I thought would make the food fresh) but the food was not what I expected. Not only was the food disappointing, the drinks we ordered were nothing but powder flavored fruit. I'm hoping it was just a bad day and by the looks of the reviews I may have came on a bad day but I will continue to go to Bonchon. On the plus side, the service was good. We have been here so many times since they opened a week ago it's almost embarrassing. It's slightly different from what we expected but still addictingly good (We're used to 99 chicken back in Santa Clara). Went here tonight after work and ordered 8 soy garlic wings and 8 sweet & spicy wings. Customer service was good and prices are reasonable for wings. They serve beer if you want, which is a must for kfc.. The indoor dining is simple with pictures of their menu which is helpful. When I got my order it smelled amazing I almost ate one in the car ride home. Got home and ate it with rice and the radish banchan they gave us with our wings. I absolutely love coming here. Their menu is very easy to read and there's pictures of the food along the walls to help you make a decision. I love how they have the combo plate option which gives you a little bit of everything. Every time I go, I get miso soup on the house, which is super sweet. Their original fried chicken and their Bulgogi is so so good. I also love the glass noodles there the people working there are super sweet, amazing customer service skills, help you read the menu and answer any questions you have. Hello food was delicious it also had great service, food and ambiance, I could not have been happier to sit down and eat here and grab some yummy food, everything that we purchased and ate was fantastic. Unfortunately we had to leave early and take the rest of our food to go since we had an emergency, we would have gladly stayed and finished everything then and there otherwise but we were still able to finish everything we got at home and it still tasted as delicious as when we purchased it there in store. Rice portions weren't that much for rice! There are no condiments on the table so u have to ask for just about everything. If u use chopsticks u have to ask for those too.
