OMG the best Filipino food we have come across living in the IE for the past decade. Flavors were light, fragrant and bursting. We ordered chicken skewers, the peanut sauce was *Chef's kiss, loved the ginger and the addition of the green onions and cilantro just elevates the dish. The pork lumpia was tasty, not oily or overcooked and I enjoyed that the pancit wasn't dry and it had just the right touch of fish sauce and I love when they include the lemon slices. I wish you all had a restaurant or traveled outside of Redlands because I could definitely eat here daily. We for sure will visit again when in the area, now that we know your schedule.
